  1. That's well over a million dollars right there!
  2. I know exactly who you're talking about
  3. Oof, I made it 8 minutes in and had to stop. This guy knows less about comics than the average joe on the street and speaks as though he's an authority. He thinks dealers are putting books in mylar so that people think they look nicer than they are?
  4. Recently the Church Superman 1 sold for 5.3 million and I think there's an AF 15 9.6 in there somewhere.
  5. Enjoyed it a lot, but couldn't get over how inaccurate the setting was. There's not a single plot of land in Oklahoma that looks like that.
  6. They were also printed on toilet paper so they don't survive in anything more than trashed condition.
  7. I tried the wayback machine to find any evidence of them with no luck. It's a shame. I'm glad I got to hear them once.
  8. Interesting. Seems like a legitimate stamp. @storypapers any thoughts?
  9. Bob Powell needs to at least be on the list. But the question needs to be refined a bit more. Best illustrator, best storyteller, best technical artist, best designer, best cover artist, best hero/funny artist...?
  10. I thought I smelled patchouli.
  11. You can't really remove that glue without removing the paper. But you can probably get it into a blue label if the glue is no longer attaching the cover to the book as it's now effectively just a stain and not doing anything structurally to the book.
  12. Just tagging @jjonahjameson11 to make sure he's aware.
  13. I threw this out there almost 20 years ago if you want to revisit the list from then.
  14. They did a really poor job of censoring that photo.
  15. I'm 99.9% sure that isn't a Rockford. The Rockford 'S' doesn't have the kinks at the end of the lines, and I've never seen a Rockford in that kind of beat up shape.
