  1. It really depends on the amount of rust. CGC has been quite lax on rust lately, up to 9.2.
  2. Oh, and put a 'go' or 'search' button in the search bar. Come on, that's just basic functionality.
  3. I'm a paying user and I just find the new UI to be clunky. It's not intuitive, especially on the mobile end. More isn't always better.
  4. Signing in on a different computer and getting logged out after an hour or two. Still have to do the stupid sign-out/sign-in. Brilliant software update.
  5. Jon, I told that to you in a promise of secrecy. See if I ever share my investment secrets with you again.
  6. Fox funny animals will never get hot. In this setting it's buy low and never sell because nobody will ever buy them from you.
  7. I think Superman 1 isn't terribly uncommon, relative to the era. But in grade it's virtually non-existent. And as a consequence it seems like many copies that surface are restored, at least more so than other GA keys. Rather than throw out ignorant statements I decided to look it up. CGC census says: Supe 1: 68 universal, 90 restored 57% Cap 1: 88 universal, 74 restored 45% Bat 1: 128 universal, 136 restored 51% Action 1: 42 universal, 28 restored 40% Marvel 1: 30 universal, 33 restored 52% Tec 27: 35 universal, 36 restored 51% So that's numerically true.
  8. They finally redirected the old URL. The 502 errors were because they changed the URL. The boards were working just fine, only at a different address.
  9. How many pictures were selfies of Vincent and how many were of the books?
  10. Why didn't they just make the old URL redirect to the new one. Even a google search leads to the old non-functional URL.
  11. More good news. If you do a google search for "cgc boards" the direct link that you find goes to the old URL. It's really unbelievable how poorly this was executed. People are texting me to ask if the boards are down. Clown show.
  12. Well the good news is that since I cleared my cache & logged out the problem went away for about 12 hours. It's now back since they changed the URL without telling anyone. Killer IT service.
  13. After 20 years they didn't think people would expect things to remain the same? I doubt most people are even using bookmarks, you just start typing "c..." in your browser and it autofills. I mean talk about absolute incompetence. Whoever they're using for web development should be fired.
  14. How in the living hell did you not think to notify people that there's a new URL for the boards.
  15. This doesn't work for the login issue. I had to logout and log back in. Not notifying people about a new website address seems colossally negligent. I mean how did this get through without someone saying, "do you think we should tell our users about the new address?" Clowns.
