    I'm looking to get a couple of signatures on books from supporting cast actors, who are appearing in what seem like pretty small conventions - 'Retro Toy Con' in South Carolina, 'Fandomfest NY' in Schenectady, etc. - seems like a long shot that an official CGC facilitator would be attending (probably not worth the time) - is there another way to authenticate the signatures? Can I just sign up as a facilitator and verify the sigs myself..?

    @Chaz G. Yep, followed the instructions to a T. The book is now in the My Submissions section, marked as received on 7/28. I think I'm good for that book. I guess my real question is: should I book an extra week before the cut off date to allow for the delayed scanning..? (Seems, at least currently, that the answer should be yes...)

    Hi @MattM CS - not having the Contact Us form work... would explain quite a bit actually : ) I've sent at least 3 messages using the form in the last few weeks, all end with the successful Thank You message - but if none of them have actually been going through... Thanks for the tip on using submissions@ - I'll just email directly next time. Thanks for the ship hold & I'll see what I can do about the package that's already out. I'll email submissions@ when I'm back from vacation to restart the shipments.
