This is interesting as the top 3 sales of this book in 9.4, according to GPA, were all over $9,500 and all three had Off-White-to-White pages. i believe strictly White pages matters but this book sells well with all page qualities.

I have an Ebay gripe from last night. I have been selling CGC comics on Ebay for the past few months and last night, about 10 minutes after one of my auctions ended, I get an email stating the buyer is requesting to cancel the order. This buyer had only 14 points so I allowed the cancellation as I didn't want to deal with any future problems. The comic was $145 so I am kinda upset but I guess that's life on Ebay. There should be some kind of penalty for someone who bids at the last minute and then changes their mind. Other than 1 other nonpayer in over 50 books sold so far, Ebay has been working well for me. I agree with you. Once the book is cracked out it cannot be returned to the seller.

Hi Everyone, Over the next several months, I plan on selling my certified comic book collection. I have been accumulating it for over 10 years but with one child in college and the other going soon as well as the house needing repairs, I need to finally sell it. It hurts to sell it but my family has to take priority. I plan on listing more books each week. I will start off with the cheaper ones and work up from there. I live in South Florida and if anyone would like to meet in person, I can do that as well. I have been on the boards here for a long time and a received a few KUDOS from a few purchases I have made. Saturday was my 1st day at the con. I am from South Florida ans this con had several national dealers that do not go to the cons in Miami and Ft Lauderdale. I had a great time and bought some nice books from Reeces Rare Comics and High Grade Comics. Thanks for the nice books guys! There were quite a few smaller dealers as well and it was fun to be there for the day!
