  1. Mini comics from DVD's and toys Part of my collection here
  2. Back around 2011-12 Jenny and Tim Seeley let me convince them to come to the high school I was teaching at. It was a graphic novel week and everything went perfect. Just wanted to say that not only is she a great artist, but also a great person.
  3. I've been busy working on 30 centers and dvd comicsHere's a couple months worth there may be some duplicates from a past post-hard to keep track of purchases! -
  4. I'll try to hit mightycon and then comicverse on sunday. Hope everyone has a great show!
  5. This is from the Wolverine Vs. Sabretooth Marvel Legends Face Off series. Fairly uncommon book for the ML reprint line, easily a $10 book in NM imho.
  6. Hi, This is a nice smaller 1 day con, free parking etc... Admission $8 Hours 10-5 (930 Early Bird) https://www.mightyconshows.com/show/dupage If you see a Texas Longhorns hat, it's probably me!
  7. There were some nice books there, I was a waaaaaay underbidder on that one and the two gun kid 129. It's been too expensive a month already!
  8. This months accumulation- a couple of hidden not so hidden auctions, MCS and here and there. I'm pausing the quest for 35's to focus on the 30's unless a no brainer pops up. Knocking out some that I'd just been putting off picking up and hoping convention season has goodies to be had. Aside from Reece's, do any other national dealers usually carry PV's?
  9. Haha-this was about a month and a half-2 months of pickups. Like to wait for them to pileup to help me realize i'm putting a dent into the pv needs!
  10. It's about that time for a mail call! Thanks Andy for helping with the haul here. I wish I could find some in the wild or hidden auctions lolz
  11. ty, I'm just gonna keep plugging away as I'm nowhere near completing either-but i do have a decent amount. I had to pull the trigger on the kid colt (pun intended), there was also a KC206 that I was watching but it closed early.
  12. It's been a busy last few weeks-unfortunately none were found in the wild.
  13. Grabbed this little guy at a small show in Milwaukee today-he also had a 30 cent tomb of dracula 47 at $80 that I didn't snag.
  14. I'm fairly sure they close presales a few days before the show. That was my experience with Dupage.
  15. Saturday September 24th 10am - 5pm Wisconsin State Fairgrounds Expo Hall B 640 S 84th St., West Allis WI 53214 $8 admission; Kids 12 and under are FREE https://www.mightyconshows.com/show/milwaukee
  16. That's scary. I'll get my Whitman reprints pressed and cleaned!
  17. I enjoyed the show-got to see some friends and dealers and friendealers too. Picked up a few books and got a sketch to go with my coke zero. We took a break for a ramen lunch before giving the floor one more trip and ended with a trip to Kilwins for ice cream. There were a lot of nice books on display but nothing crazy. @fatninja hooked me up with a sweet Hughes Barbwire and it was a good 4 hours spent in Wheaton.
  18. I'll be attending as this is usually pretty good for a smaller local show. Usually see a decent # of copper to modern keys, a smattering of silver, and dollar bins. No parking fees and the cheap food concessions of course...
  19. I posted the second image to illustrate the difference in printing colors-not asking for a second grade opinion.
  20. Here's a second copy with a darker background green lower grade TO SHOW THE COLOR DIFFERENCE PLEASE DO NOT GRADE THIS IMAGE.
  21. Hi, thanks in advance! I have a couple of copies of this and there are definitely copies with lighter or darker inks on the cover depending on where it was in the print run. This one has a lighter green background compared to another copy I have.
  22. Thanks in advance! . Hope you're all doing well!
