Does anyone know if the Showcase 22 CGC 4.5 off-white sell on Pedigree Comics? I don't see it in their listing anymore.

Brannon, if it wasn't for the stress lines on the spine, this puppy would be a 6.5. I love the page quality of your 7.5 and not to mention that fabulous AF15 7.0...so sweet!!!

I think with the price rising so quickly, the buyers are taking a wait and see attitude. I guess the seller know he or she is not letting SC22 go at bargain price. I do agree, when the movie gets closer...it will be scorching and parabolic!

Looks very nice, but I wouldn't buy it because it is unslabbed...just my preference. If I see it in person, then I will place my bid. Someone can make out on this purchase or loose on this purchase. It is not the grade stated either IMHO. Looks like there is rounding/chipping of the interior pages in the top right corner where the piece of the cover is missing as well. That being said, it is light years better than the past few POS low grade copies that have been auctioned on eBay. Yes, that is the better looking copy I've seen on Ebay for some time. The usual suspect is always around a VG or less which my copies is also. Well, the final hammer was at $199 and a smidge so a strong price for a likely 5.5 to 6.0 at best copy. Nice books! I just noticed this...........why were the christmas covers published in Feb-Mar? Same thing with Superman and Action Comics, which were published monthly. Even if they were predated, March doesn´t realy make any sense to me. Why wouldn´t they publish the Christmas covers in the Dec. issues? It's because the publisher wanted longer shelf life for the comics.

are these the top census copies... or YOUR copies? : ) The top census are the two 9.0's and my is probably the third. Probably not going to re-sub, because if it did get a 9.0 (long shot) it will always remain the 3rd best because of the cream/off-white pages. The other copies that is a 6.0 white is mine and the 7.5 off-white to white is Peewee2. I would love to see the 8.0 off-white someday. ok. Ive lost track. you have one of the 8.5s. here are three. how did they all grade notes wise? Yours is the 8.5/8.5/9.0 ? what did the third 8.5 grade out as? Yes, my copy is 8.5/8.5/9.0. The Nick Cage 8.5 is very well centered, but the slight dust shadow probably bought it down to a 8.5/8.5/8.5. DocJoe which owns the other 8.5 which also grades 8.5/8.5/8.5. As far as I'm concerned, your (Rich's) copy is as nice as any out there....including the 9s ! (And that's coming from a 40+ year hobbyist who knows a little about comics) I love it when you talk about the CBG days, where we look forward every week and flip to those scribble ads.
