The PQ is less than ideal though. It is an old label book, though, so there might be hope for a PQ bump. I just found out today that the old label SC #22 with Cream pages I resubbed is now a CR/OW. In any case, I would expect prices on #23 and #24 to pull back after the movie hype dies......... Know what you mean. I resubbed my CR/OW SC #22 and it came back an OW/W Really?, you lucky dog. And that's one helluv a PQ upgrade.

The book looks stunning in hand with bright fresh colors. The spine is better than I thought and the major flaw is the light crease on bottom right corner.

Cream to off-white pages is the average PQ for SC22 and considered at least off-white compared to Marvels, so nothing alarming...but still highly acceptable to most here.

I remember seeing the SC4 9.2 auction on Ebay bidding up to the north of almost 80K with reserve not met over four years ago. I think selling earlier in the 80K at that time would prove a wise choice and there are better opportunities out there. Holding out for 100K make sense now. At least the SC4 9.2 is a better investment than investing in the housing sector at the peak. Now, the worst scenario is having either the 9.4 or 9.6 comes to the market with soft prices, then this will hurt the 9.2. A Flash movie might possibly change that though.

As well documented in the club, 6.0+ is where it becomes scarce and your 6.5 is more scarce . dikran 5.5 has great PQ ow/w and is very note worthy and deserve a premium over all 5.5. A matter of fact, it is the best 5.5 in existence.

I love this line: "Scans are LARGER than issue itself, defects are enlarged, therefore this issue WILL look much sharper in person" I guess you send a note telling CGC not to look too closely at the defects when they grade it. Too much The large scans show how over graded they are.

Well, just ask Zaid how many years he`s been trying to find a buyer for his 9.2 copy. He would have no problem if it was SC #22 in that condition............... SC22 in 9.2...now that will be big news.

Looking at the top edge tear and all of the creasing on the bottom, I would put it at 3.5, maybe 4.0 on a lucky day. The seller priced it to the north pole....not to mention that BB28 also.

How come the new owner is not noted for this one? Under top high grade holders.
