  1. neat...I didn't know about the costume issue. yes, 9.6 and below for this copy is quite plentiful. I think the reason I chucked my copies in a box and forget about them was I tried to sell them for $10 a piece and no one cared to buy them when I had them for sale.

lol, if my copies had that miswraped with the white spines, I think I may have a couple of 9.8 here but the well centered cover took the hits at the spine :roflmao:

  2. they are worth that much in 9.8? sheesh..dug 3 of them out and they are all in the 9.6 range...no way 9.8, just 1 or 2 tiny dings on the spine that broke colors but that are enough to prevent the books to get 9.8...the yellow color made it hard to see the ticks but they are there...here are 2 of my copies

  3. For my personal experience, it was pretty tough trying to get the 227. Getting the 232 was relatively easier.

I think, at present moment, its pretty much the supply that is supporting the price on 227. In the long run, the price on 227 will probably slowly ease down.

It is the opposite for me. I have had a monster difficult time trying to find a nice raw high grade 232 for years now. I found a few 227 but I haven't had any luck with 232.

Of course I can always just go and buy a 9.2 or 9.4 slab and be done but the hunt is fun :)
