  1. Price cannot sustain at that level. It is residual movie hype.
  2. I remember when someone kept calling him "Parch." That was awesome.
  3. That reminds me of the Randy Jackson signature on the sword in StepBrothers . . .
  4. I'll take it. I don't know when/if I'll ever get my Colter / Ritter book, so this is a really nice alternative.
  5. Why shouldn't they get their accreditation? I've never understood why anyone would take that off. It's their meme site. In fact, maybe a little bit of humility and self-reflection should be applied to that situation as well.
  6. Since Arch won't answer with flair, I will: I, unlike Arch, do answer with flair: via Imgflip Meme Generator
  7. I think both of them look legit. Kane's would be easy to forge, but why on a 20.00 book?
  8. Right you send a book that you grade at 9.6, whether it is 9.6 or not. via Imgflip Meme Generator via Imgflip Meme Generator
  9. I've always loved the Eye Magazine with the little mini-Spidey comic attached!
  10. What you are describing is not a defect in the slab. They are not designed to be fully sealed/airtight. If you got them re-slabbed, they still would not be fully sealed. My limited experience with the latest generation of slabs is that they are tighter, but still not fully sealed. Your slabs are functioning the way they were intended to.
  11. Also, don't let greed drive you. If a Hulk 181 goes for $3000 in 9.0 and this guy is telling you it is going to grade 9.0 and selling it for $1800 something is rotten in Denmark. They would slab it and get the extra $1200 if it were. It is either woefully overgraded or it has undisclosed resto or both. I am really sorry you got fleeced. No one deserves that. But thinking you are getting a smoking deal that will yield big returns will often leave you screwed.
