I voted no. I don't like the way she does business and I know she can veer from the truth but I don't believe she has done anything probation worthy. Like telling a board member that she was going to do a chargeback on him and keep his books. At what point does a veer turn into theft? Well, did the chargeback actually happen? It was just an idle threat, no? HoS should be serious business... I'm not dying over $20 book although it would be my 1st ASM 55 ever and one of the few SA holes left and would like to read the story... I Finally got my ASM 55 in the mail today. Originally graded at Fine and I think it's more like 7.0/7.5- Very Nice. I would be happy to buy more from this seller if they didn't wait 70 days to mail things. I guess as far as I'm concerned GoodAsh can be removed from the list, but I think he has to go through at least two others after me.

Why? Because the current thread works just fine. Why mess with something that already works, is simple, and complete. All the discussions and probation threads have already been segregated and relegated to the appropriate corner of the forums. Honestly it does not seem simple. There are a total of 54 members on the HOS/PL list as of this writing. Granted there have been some that have been removed. So lets be really generous and make that number to 74. Representing that is 12,348 posts. That is an average of 167 posts per person, using the expanded count of 74. We both know that number is not representative of the actual post count related to the specific PL/HOS issue. How is this simple and complete? Why would a thread exactly like Kudos but for negs rather than positives be more complex than what we have? The probation thread is simple and linear. If there's going to be a sub-forum for negative feedback, then why not just have all feedback for an individual in one feedback forum then? I just dont think that it's worth it. You may have your views on it and I respect it, but I just don't see the benefit. It wouldn't be negative feedback in the eBay sense of slow shipping, threads would only be about fraud or theft (I never got the book-Buyer never paid-etc...).

Well if we could get sub-forums in the new thread, where each incident would have its own thread, there would be no need for the old Prob Disc to remain active. It could be locked for archival use but new PL/HOS candidate discussions would occur within the relevant sub-topics. It would make searching a heck of a lot easier as well, as one could look for the "offender" name in the Subject Line of the new forum. Again, though, I don't think a corporate owned and run message board is going to start letting Mods single individuals and give them "Scarlet Letters", so to speak, next to their names. There would also be added overhead for hem keeping track of or being PMd to remove the stigmata if a case is resolved and someone is removed. Well a sub-forum (if I understand it correctly) would allow individual threads to made about potential problems and people wouldn't have to search though 800+ pages of one thread to find out the information about one indecent. They could just search thread subject for the topic they are looking for.

I would love to see those posted. . Geez.... not everyone has the probation (wow I misspelled probation so bad the spell checker here gave me abortion as the option... lmao ) list memorized and has the time to cross-check it every time someone posts a in their sales thread. The punishment for selling to/buying from someone on the probation list is taking a great risk of getting ripped-off nothing more.

I was thinking of starting a "Guess the Book" thread and post a scan of the label. That would be a first.

Got my books back from CGC yesterady. Scanned and ready for a selling thread. Mostly FF but there will be a few others late SA/Early BA (15 centers). Will start it soon with the 8.5s.

Most books turned out OK cept for the 105 I got robbed on and the label error. So over all I'm happy. (thumbs u
