I finally have more than one sketch cover! Got a bunch back from CGC today that I had done at Heroes. Scott Blair did three different ones for me so I thought I would share the love a little and offer this one up for trade. Shoot me an offer if interested
Is my wife around?
Ever seen a slab set on fire? That is what would happen at my house if my wife saw this show up
Yeah, i've been dying to get a Grimm Fairy Tales book, but i'd never be able to explain that one.......

Actually got this done last year at SDCC, just now got around to taking it out of the poster tube. This was alot of line waiting.

Here's an example that things can go wrong even if you put cutouts in your window bags and label each one. Despite there being a cutout at the top for Leonard Nimoy with his name next to it, he signed right over where George Perez had already signed. You think once he noticed his mistake he would have signed in the right place as well, but he just kind of laughed about it and moved on to the next book.

Keep em coming guys! Copper rocks!

I dont get why he wont sign the comics? He has no problem signing his novels and when he does he must know they go up in value. So whats the big difference?
+1.
Anyone know why?

It happens. Never seen a 9.2 jump to a 9.8 but..........
-
russian roulette
That it is my friend, that it is.
.....but if you get the empty chamber......whoa baby!
-
nice books! too bad about the grade drop and mislabel. That is why I am always weary of cracking 9.8s
No guts, no glory oneasian.
You won't always hit it, but you will more often than not. Fight for that Yellow label!

[font:Book Antiqua]
Sad lesson for everyone...
Never, Never Crack a 9.8 to get a Signature...[/font]
Gotta disagree. Sure there's a risk when you crack books, but for me a Yellow 9.8 is way cooler than a Blue 9.8.
Even a 9.6 Yellow is better than a 9.8 Blue....for me.
Besides, in my experience, the books retain their grades more often than not.
Bottom line: Not guts, no glory.

I am gonna put up a 99Cent auction with all 3 scans.
