    Would you check interior pages to see if there are any missing wraps, cutouts, torn or loose pages, detached centerfold or wraps? Also you need to check if the covers are attached to both staples. If those books came from the attic, it may be brittle pages if the edges are crumbled easily. Check the inside covers and pages if they are brownish. Any defects can affect the value. You can tell us the details on each book.

    You need to buy 12 Hulk #181 CGC 9.8 at $21,500 each and one CGC 9.6 at $11K to match the price of Hulk #1 CGC 9.0 that was sold recently.

    I have seen them here. I didn't realize those books are damned closer to my home! Yikes, I am in the pool of thieves here! One sold on ebay on June 2. The book was sold here last week. There is going on between June 2nd and today. Going on here is near my home getting me nervous!

    Ouch. I wondered those stolen books are belonged to the comic book store owner in Roselle area. The thieves could follow the owner to his home after closing the store. It would be an easy target.

    Very true. I bought books with signatures on either on the front cover or 1st page (reasonable prices). One time, I sold Bone #1 CGC 9.8 Qualified for $1700 before it became hot. I bought it for only $150. That was in 1998.
