FWIW the list has been 351 since Jan 3. I've cut and pasted several times into excel. There has just been some books that have been striked out.

only 003 of the 4287881 submission is on the list. And only 002 of 4357311 is on the list

I agree. I'm not sure how this fits. This 4351598 submission, 001-008, was Dec 7, 2023. Looks like everything was submitted raw. If this was zaneglor's submission, for the scam to work, he needs to submit twice. Once to get the 9.8 and then send in to reholder/custom label with the lower grade book. Has there been enough time to receive the slabs, sub out to lower grade, and resubmit?

I think the grader just got them mixed up

There are at least 25 books in this 4277700 submission. I don't think it was a briva3 submission as the majority of the books aren't his general pattern. He just got the 9.8 from the 4277700004 and swapped out the book and resubmitted for custom label.

The 4277700 batch of submissions wasn't by zaneglor. He bought the 9.8 4277700-004 and did the swap for the lower grade MJ and resubmitted it for custom label. As I understand, the cert# doesn't change.
