wow that's a lot of books!

Why in the world would you put a couch in your CGC storage room Dre? It takes up too much room!

MY 9.9 was a Rocketeer Adventures V2 #1 Jetpack variant (the one with Betty laying on the couch). Somebody in here has a 10 MINT but I was pretty happy considering it was a submission from me and it's my first 9.9! The only older 9.8 I got was a Crossfire & Rainbow #4. The other 9.8s are 1 copy of V1 #1 and 2 more V2 #1s from the Rocketeer Adventures.

Sounds like we are causing the bottleneck , I just got grades on 5 Stevens books 4 9.8s and a 9.9!

The person answering my questions said they would most likely ship out in three weeks now that they have been graded (I called and they were graded already). So figure they stay at scheduled for about a week and graded for maybe two or some combination like that.

8/22/12 Modern submission "submitted for grading" as of today. Might have these by Christmas after all!

I think of the Walking Dead like this....at some point the creators will most likely walk away from the creative portion of the book and at some point the television series will end. Who knows when either will happen. Next year, ten years from now. But after that happens what will drive these books? The same could be said of lots of books but it's just something that makes me look for other books with just as much if not more potential over the long haul.

You may have seen the cover, but it is the combo of the 25 cent logo and the barcode with the price that is the rare one. True. Which is why I'm not making any great trek to get back to that store. If it's there when I get back it will be there when I get back. Not worrying too much about it.

Love this book - congrats! I did love him until I found out @ DragonCon this year he is a hardcore liberal. Just another reason why he's awesome Not saying I still don't want a SG cast signed #1 and meet him in person. I am sure he would be fun to debate politics with! Well this one sold in no-time. I should have charged more ::

There's no telling. I was going through a bunch of $1 boxes and found all kinds of oddball stuff.....Ford Fairlane #1, Alien Legion #1 (1st series), Legends of Nascar #2 and the Daytona Story which I think is the #1. Wound up grabbing about 30 books. Had modern stuff as well including the new X-factor.

I swear I saw that book last weekend and didn't know it was that rare. if I make it back to the inlaws anytime soon I'm going to have to go look again.

Mine was received the same day. See who gets their submission back first :: ok!

That's just crazy. Probably not another one out there of any book!

I know. I thought about trying to get that or #1 SS'd at the same show but just dropped the whole idea after I couldn't find a decent copy. Nicely done!
