I agree 100% Since the probie list was Divads brain child I nominate him. I have long felt the list itself should be locked in this way. I second Divad's nomination but think we need at least one other person (ideally two others) to insure realtime coverage, especially for things like hectic work days, being sick, going on vacation etc. It may also be good to have the other people in different time zones, maybe one on the East Coast and one in one of those odd European places. . This is a good idea, but as my participation has been limited of late, I like POV's idea of having 4 or 5 authorized members. I'm fine with the three posters here and perhaps bosco as well? Wait, is this the Avengers 1 where the characters were drawn at the top of the spine and looked like a 5 year old re-drew them? If it is, there is NO possible way that you didn't know it was restored. That's all besides the point though in my and many others book due to Octobers statements. Why would October be lying about you telling him you knew it was restored and were gonna sell it anyways? Nice rack! btw, do yourself a favor and pop that potato gun out of the package and play with it! My LCS sells though and i bought my son and daughter 1 and a couple potatoes. Those things work AWESOME and we had a blast with them for a couple weeks before they got tired of them.

Awesome book! I always LOVED the MTA's when i was a kid. The Avengers were my favorite group and i couldnt afford to buy Avengers back issues. The MTA's would be in the 10 for a dollar box at my LCS as a kid so i could at least buy those and read the old Avengers stories

Thanks! The Curators are as nice as you can get! I also have the Curator 22 and 45 but that's it. You don't see them very often for sure. I can't remember where but I did just see an early Avengers 9.8 Curator but it was like 15k so definitely out of my price range!

+! Those Suscha books are AWESOME! I'm not much for the non-hero titles so i cant speak to those but all the Suscha books i've bought look amazing. When the Ped 1st came out, i heard a LOT of people badmouthing them saying they got gift grades but ive been nothing but impressed with every issue ive seen other than maybe 3-4. The BA books are flat out incredible and have some of the brightest, glossiest covers ive ever seen

That is AWESOME! I always LOVED that cover! A year or two ago there was a BEAUTIFUL 9.2 copy on eBay that got sniped out from under me at the last second. I'm still stinging over not getting that book! Congrats!!!

Not if one of the big guns own the book and need it to top out their collection. If Brulato or TempusFugitivus or Schmell (or similar) own it there is a good chance it won't be sold. That's true. I didn't consider that one of them maybe pressed up. I just assume by now those guys have maxed out their major books but maybe not.

I really wanted that book from this dude, too. It was a GA Submariner that had the first appearance of the ankle wings. It was long enough ago that I probably was fixated on GPA or guide or some combination thereof. And leave off my wiles, or I'll bump the Moves Like Jagger thread . . . I didn't hear back from him about possibly adding a few more books and working a group deal but he did accept the two "best offers" that I put in the other day.
