  16. How big a hit does Overspray get? If a comic would otherwise grade as a 9.8 would it get dropped to around 9.0?
  17. I prefer to think of it as BLOOD. Punisher has gone full crazy. Smearing the blood of his victims on himself.
  18. That Super Spiderman 178 (ASM 129) also has the Marvel Spotlight 28 Moon Knight story, which according to GCD came out the same month here in the US. I might have to save a few of these that have key issues. My 178 is in super high grade shape. I like the "blood" on the Punishers face. Looks to be a printing defect on all of them.
  19. OK, this is not AF15..... but please read the notes on this ASM 1 label...... can this actually grade as a 1.5? Complete spine split AND incomplete and it still gets a 1.5? https://www.ebay.com/itm/AMAZING-SPIDER-MAN-1-CGC-1-5-UNIVERSAL-label/402594271567?hash=item5dbc7d114f%3Ag%3Ay84AAOSwWttfS8IO&LH_Auction=1
  20. It's funny.... as I go through these, the first thing I do is go to the centerfold to see the awesomeness there. Some have amazing art that I have never seen before. Many times the CF has nothing to do with any of the stories inside. I'll wager a lot of these CFs got plucked and colored by the kids buying them. WHO OWNS the original art from these CFs??? It would be cool original art to collect.
  21. My God... if he retracts these claws they'll come out behind his elbow. And.... did a butterfly just land on one claw? Awwww.... it's a Patch Adams moment.
  22. From Journey Into Mystery 120. Thor breaks Mjolnir and needs to repair it. So..... he needs to go to Nidavellir, right. Nope.... apparently Pittsburgh is good enough. So why did he and Groot & Rocket have to go to Nidavellir...... they could have saved a lot of time by just going to Pittsburgh.
  23. I've been going thru a collection of UK "weekly" Super Spiderman comics. They are black & white reprints of US comics and they look to have come out about a year after the US versions. They are about 1" wider & 1" taller than US comics. Overall, I'm not loving the format.... the spines are shifted to the short sides so it feels awkward to open & read them. However.... there is one thing that I LOVE about these comics. They all have a full spread centerfold (poster) of artwork that looks to be original to this format. For that alone I think they are a cool collectible. What did you Brits think of these when they came out? Here's some examples:
