    For comic investment.... I'd pick up five 9.0 copies of Hulk 180 at $1000 each.

    I checked the graders notes: "light crunch left top of whole book through book breaks color" I've never heard the grading phrase "Light Crunch". I called it a "little crimp", they call it a "light crunch". Whatever it is, it cost me an 8.0 grade.

    Unfortunately, this is getting a PLOD. 6.5 "apparent" It turns out the 2nd thru 5th wrap were married. And the top edge was trimmed. Dang. Oh well. I've owned it for quite a few years so I don't even know who sold it to me (I don't think I paid very much for it though)

    Sgt Rock and Blackhawk look SO wrong. Hawkman???? what's with his helmet? ALL of the men looked like they missed "Leg Day" at the gym. Green Lantern.... just a really bizarre pose.

    Johnny DC. I had never heard of this DC Mascot until I saw him in a Batman comic I'm selling today. How long did DC use their Mascot, "Johnny DC"? Did he ever gain traction or did they scrap him quickly? Did they ever make a character toy of him? Also, who's the bald guy in the upper right corner next to Flash? Is that Luthor?

    Such a cool comic. It's been sitting raw in my collection for a few years. Thought I'd send it in for grading and am very happy about the grade.
