    I bought a coverless Cap 1 that had many panels cut out (it was a mess). I bought it to get the CF to marry into my nice copy. Every wrap except for the CF was split at the spine. So after I removed the CF, I had all of these individual pages. I decided since the wraps were split that I'd slab all of the pages individually. I felt bad breaking it up, but I have to admit it worked out great. When I was done selling them it was like I got the CF for free and I made $2000 profit on top of that. I think we're definitely going to see this happening now with AF15. Hopefully only to the .5s though.

    This is more of an example of pure LAZINESS rather than ridiculousness. I had my Jonny Quest 1 out and was looking thru it. These are two panels that are a few story pages apart. Wow, lazy artist.

    I like the rocket stamped on the book, but I'm not sure if the seller should have even included the stamper as part of the auction. 100% of the focus should be on this great book. 0% should be on the stupid stamper. I mean.... look how much it's being talked about in this thread. Does anyone really think the stamper is going to add some huge amount of premium? I don't.

    In Startling comics 23.... While pouring extra power into their radio broadcast, German Propagandists breach the 4th Dimension and this creature comes thru. Half man, half Bat.... where could the authors have possibly gotten that idea????? How cool & destructive is he???? Cool & destructive enough to clench a box of dynamite in his thighs as he flies to the nearest US weapons plant.

    I've got a Hulk 1 "remaindered" copy. It's actually in pretty nice shape except for the torn off top. I was thinking I'd wait and find a top to leafcast to it, but I think that idea might be gone with the way prices are climbing. I've never thought of slabbing it, but with prices now...... Are remaindered copies considered 1.0s or .5s?

    I liked Hailee, but still felt it was the weakest of the D+ shows.

    I agree with much of what you say. To me the last episode was the worst and that was a big let down, but..... it was still watchable to me, whereas I couldn't watch most of Ironfist. Hawkeye wasn't great but I still enjoyed it.

    Have you seen the big Marvel Avengers "Live" productions that were touring the country before the Pandemic hit? They were so corny and awful.... but I loved it (I got free tickets to it once). It was more geared for kids, but I found myself really enjoying it.

    Yes, I agree, it seems to be a spoof, but the Marvel fan in me, and the "musical" fan in me really enjoyed the spirit of it.
