  1. From the SA comics I read, I'd have to choose Iron Man. I liked him fine with the Avengers, but I just never got into the solo (TOS) comics. I really couldn't relate to the character, and with more relatable characters like Spidey and even the FF, Thor, and Cap (relatively), I had plenty of other titles to read.
  2. Spending most or all of her life with those people, Furiosa should have picked up at least a little bit of an accent. I know that's picking fly poop out of the pepper pot, but my younger brother started saying, "y'all" after 5 years in Mississippi.
  3. I guess I never posted here. That, or I can't find them- Either way,
  4. I thought the theatrical version of The Abyss was a great film. The Director's Cut or Extended version or whatever it was called was worth the watch, but I feel the scenes that were cut was for the best, especially after decades of watching the TR. Michael Beihn was excellent! No surprise there.
  5. Remember the beginning when Honey Bunny shouts, "Any of you f*****g p***ks MOVE, and I'll execute every last mother f*****g one of you!"? Later on when the scene is finished out, she shouts, "Any of you f*****g p***ks MOVE, and I'll execute every last one of you mother f*****s!" It's one of those "once you see it, you can't unsee it" things that always bugged me because it's surrounded by so much awesomeness.
  6. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest Pulp Fiction (Maybe not "perfect," but I really, really like it) Shawshank Redemption It's a Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World (a work of art) Bambi Meets Godzilla
  7. The ASM's are upgrades, and the FF's fill the last gaps I'll probably be able to fill- I really doubt #'s 2,4, or 5 will be obtainable unless I (start playing and) win the lottery.
  8. Unfortunately, their "verified" and witnessed sigs both get yellow labels now. Some say this gives them added exposure they wouldn't get otherwise, like if they were on a convention wall display mixed with yellow witnessed slabs. To me this feels the same as using "Not CGC" on eBay as it forces people to look at something they don't even want to consider, only in this case it would be "Not Witnessed". When they used a red label, you knew what you were looking at from a distance- It was "verified." If that wasn't your thing you could quickly move on to the witnessed. Of course, this is really only a problem at shows, or for people who don't read listing details. Anyway, both get yellow now
  9. Different Kids. A few different prizes. Power Man #50.
  10. I missed an earlier Power Man (#24).
  11. RMA gave these two a clean & press before sending them to CGC- Both graded higher than I expected. Whether or not that speaks of my skills doesn't matter, I'm Both looked great- Especially the Avengers. A+++++
