In an EC collection a decomposing thumb is common ..........so yer saying?.......

Do you know how much they charge for a wire transfer? They can be relatively expensive compared to other payment forms.

So, that was it for tonight's wins. How do you veterans think an EC rookie did his first time out??

And last but not least is one of my all-time favorite covers in the EC universe. Like it so much I currently have it as my desktop background.

Third win tonight is another one of my favorite covers and comes from the VOH series. I think something was up with the scanners at CC as a lot of their books have shade on the edges.

Next up is a cover I have liked since I first started researching EC books, and one I'm sure you guys are familiar with Weird Fantasy 17.

Ok. Since you twisted my arm..........Here is win #1 and my first ever EC book. I decided to bid on covers I really liked and this was one of them. I hope the shade along the spine is due to scanner settings and not actually on the book, but either way I'm good.

Anyone know how to set-up ACH or wire transfer with Comic Connect? Apparently if you win over $2500 you have to pay by check, money order, ACH, or wire transfer. The check-out page only gives me options of check or money order, but the funds I was going to pay with are in a savings account so I don't have checks for the account. I presume I will have to call them??

Should I post my EC wins tonight or wait until in the morning?

I missed out on one I wanted badly last night, but I had my breaking point and at twice FMV I had to stop. On the brighter side.......I will definitely post some later tonight if I win. It will be my first ever EC purchase.

I added that on my watch list tonight and didnt realize it closed so early. Congrats it is awesome!

I would have kept the Tec 31 and probably not worn a USPS hat to Fed-Ex.

Anybody collect Ghostly Weird ? There are some amazing covers in that run, but I wouldnt expect anything less from L.B. Cole...........

I was referring to the comment you made about high grade Ec's "breaking my heart". Just wondering if that meant it would be broken in a good or bad way?

Why do you say that? I'm not necessarily a high-grade guy, but they are certainly beautiful, and I wouldn't pass up a chance to own one for the right price.

Those are two of my favorites along with #6 across all the EC titles. Is #9 hard to find in high grade?

I'm a fan of 3,12,15, & 22. There's also something about 6 I like, but it creeps me out to see dude's neck like that.
