  1. Got a sweet book from Spiderman-on-Tilt: And some Rocky Mountains:
  2. Somebody changed "Death' Wears An Iron Mask!" to "'Death" Cry the Angels from Hell!" on the Spotlight #6.
  3. Oh, please. We're guessing PF covers. That's like giving somebody a failing grade on their thesis for one punctuation error.
  4. That's a great find! As you know, it's one of the toughest, if not the toughest PF superhero book to find in 9.6 or better. And if you really want something to obsess over, try finding 9.6+ copies of Two-Gun Kid or Millie the Model.
  5. I think Kane did a great layout, but Giacoia didn't do him any favors with the inks. I wish Klaus Janson or Tom Palmer would have done the finishes. Man-o-man, you have an endless trove of Don Rosa Picture Frames. When are you going to finish putting your books in the registry? You're holding out on us!
  6. Nice haul, batmiesta. Love those Gil Kane covers, especially with Janson or Palmer inks.
  7. Yes, it was. I couldn't click in the BIN fast enough. Well, I guess I did click fast enough. Either way, I was very happy to snag it. Iron Man #46 and 47 are also great covers in my opinion. Same with #54 which is the first IM after the Picture Frames ended. I wouldn't be surprised if it was designed as a PF and changed after the fact.
  8. This book is making my eyeballs melt. The others aren't so bad either. Beautiful stuff.
  9. Very few high grade copies; I'm guessing a lower print run because it was sold every other month and crappy stories led to few survivors. Avengers #103 is notoriously hard to find in 9.4 or better. And that book has 19 copies in 9.4 or better in the census. Iron Man #44 only has 9 copies in 9.4 or better. Your theory sounds pretty plausible.
  10. This book has been a white whale for me. Finally snagged a 9.6 copy.
  11. Great covers on both of those Kid Colts. Very cool stuff.
  12. Okay, GT... How's about a little help, huh? Based on past rounds of Picture Frame Pursuit your quizzes are too freaking hard! (For me, anyway! ) Why do I say that? Well... even the Almighty Aldred cannot score a victory in this round! Send us a clue, My Friend, and hopefully a response will ring true.
  13. Trying a new shape. I'm still not capable of the fancy puzzle pieces.
