  1. Using Zoom - with Google... and now using a third and also posting things in redundancy elsewhere. Some of us are not as technologically adept as others.
  2. Apparently I have to learn how to ZOOM - but because this place is so disjointed, we are supposedly using multiple platforms at the same time.
  3. Their customer service from the rank and file to Harshen have always been polite and courteous and understood my inquiry in the few times I have had to call them over the last ten years.
  4. You can even see the silhouette of me laughing like a goon.
  5. Think of all the new comics sitting on the shelves. That is a lot of inventory that usually sells itself every Wednesday. If no one is shopping then they have to get rid of it before it becomes nothing more than $1 bin material. In that case they need to compensate somehow. While no one is shopping that does not mean that building owners are going to stop collecting rent.
  6. Where you find that cabinet that you store the comic books and what are the dimensions? I saw some of your other videos. That was pretty cool.
  7. Yup... I had a Transformer listed for $375... Going rate is $275-335 lately. When the buyer offered me $225 I instantly declined. He made a second offer of $275, that is when I countered at $315 and said... this is the price I am at on this piece. Not going to go any lower. He accepted, I mailed it out the same day... already got positive feedback. That is in contrast to someone who wanted to buy a GI Joe figure the other day that I had listed for $35 obo. He made an offer and I countered saying $27 was the best I was going to do. So... he countered with $26. I countered at $27... He countered at $26... dumb move on his part. I declined and someone bought it for the full $35 within an hour. It is en route to Canada as we speak.
  8. MTA and LIRR to most likely shut down by the middle to end of the week.
  9. I gotta keep my meme game strong in these dark times.
  10. I respect your expertise in this area. With that said, in this time of self isolation and in an effort not to divert unnecessary resources from the medical field, I believe that we should turn to you with all of our questions concerning the colon. If anyone would like their stool samples or their colons evaluated, the board, especially @greggy, should feel free to send pictures to @VintageComics You're welcome.
  11. And with that, another 20 shares ordered for when the market opens tomorrow.
  12. So at less than 90 cents a share, you are saying Aurora Cannabis is a good buy again considering the number of people staying home?
  13. jacobcanci-0 Bought two items Star Wars figures for $85 + shipping and by the end of the day he requested to cancel two items. He is new to eBay so he probably does not understand eBay etiquette so I don't know if I would advise blocking him just yet, but people should be aware of the name.
  14. It is now officially the end of times.... NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! I JUST put them in the cart and was about to check out... Now I have to rethink my whole order.
  15. It was weird yesterday. For the first time the subway smelled... clean(?) On the Long Island Railroad I got my own two seater all to myself. It was nice. However, I am going through 4 latex gloves a day. As soon as I get to the turnstyle of the subway I swipe and enter and put my phone in my pocket and pop on the gloves until I get to my destination. Once I leave the subway the gloves come off and are disposed of. I can finally check all the messages I have received during the subway ride. Then repeat for the way home. I don't have to touch anything on the LIRR so that is that...
  16. Big Apple Comic Con has been postponed to an unknown later date. Comic Art Con was just cancelled.... On the upside... I finally have my own seat on the Long Island Railroad on the way home from work. So at least I've got that going for me. If I get my own car I think I'm going to belt out some tunes on the way home and perhaps put on a one man show broadcasting live...
  17. Had some strong sales on eBay this afternoon. Looks like people are bored of working from home and instead are shopping from home
  18. We can discuss this at Rao’s. We could also take a trip up to Canada and directly discuss this with Gabe. I think round trip flights are down to $1.97 leaving out of LaGuardia. $5.92 out of JFK.
