I was sniped on the Michael Turner "babe" at the end... lost by $38 :-(

This one's going to sting a bit -- I was really thinking I had a chance on it.

In my experience, that doesn't mean they will be graded soon.  Depending on what tier/track you subbed under, their turnaround  appears now to on time and I wouldn't count on them getting ahead of schedule.  So whatever the tier you chose, pretty much think they will be graded by the length of that tier.  Remember too, you will not be able to see the grades until the status is marked as shipped and not when it is marked as graded.  

You should ashamed of yourself - your first submission since joining in 2003 and you live in Florida

Well I've generally submitted my books through comic shops... but this is the first time I've done it myself, on my own CGC account. I'm very excited!

I recently made my first submission to CGC and I had a quick question about the grading process.

My books were 'verified' late last week, but today I recognized that the variant notes were added.

Does anyone have an idea if this is any indication as to whether they will be graded shortly or is there no relevance at all?

Have you looked at romitaman.com and albertmoy.com? They have some Adam Hughes pieces for sale.

Amryl Entertainment and Broadsword Comics -- I would put both of those above Devil's Due and Coffin Comics, simply because of Budd Root and Jim Balent.

Hmmm I ordered pretty much immediately and haven't got a shipment notification. I hope that's because the remarque's are going out a littler later than regualar issues

Got my 3 sets of unsigned A, B and C covers for ASM #25. Very excited to get these -- love the covers!

few hundred thousand? umm, you could get a group of college students to do it for an internship and pay nothing.

Or you could hire a development professional to do it for well under 10,000. Not sure where you got your figure from, but it's astronomical. I don't say this from lack of experience, as I have a development/IT background.

Just curious if there was any consideration to custom build forums -- that way they could be 100% customizable.

I would think a developer would love to take on that project.

After all the issues I've experienced with the new forums, the one thing that is going to end up being the biggest issue is loading of pages. It's not 56K bad, but it's pretty bad. 

Any chance someone might be able to help me find the original art cover for Green Lantern #49?
