  1. Fabulous stuff. If you ever decide to part with those books, lmk....
  2. Great book, and one of my favorite Cap stories.
  3. Kudos to Drbanner for the usual swift, professional service and terrific HG Bronze.
  4. Kudos to Stuart (nochips) for three superb NM Silver/Bronze DCs, expertly packed. Highest recommendation!!!
  5. Big Kudos to Brent (Qualitycomix) for some well packed and accurately graded (I agreed on every book) HG Bronze Marvels and DCs. Would most definitely recommend!!! Equally large Kudos to Brian Foolkiller for a very nice and professionally packed DD 168 - another definite recommendation!!!
  6. Ahhh..alright, got tired of Chrisco and Goldie anyway...and Greggy just thought he was... (got any leads on early Cadbury Cream Eggs ??) Cream eggs and cream egg bars go stale far quicker than regular chocolates, and taste awful when they do. Most annoying as most newsagents etc. sell stale ones despite them being well within their sell by date. So I'd stay away from early CCEs. P.S. Shrewd buy with that ASM 1 - looks sharper than the grade, which makes a considerable difference....
  7. Return kudos to greggy for quick payment on my beautifully graded and packed fuggin' Westerns.
  8. Kudos to Silver Surfer (and Arexcrooke) for two great Silver Age books, both excellently packed - top recommendations!!!
  9. Nice cover, and one I've not seen before. Journey Into Unknown Worlds is often overlooked amongst the Atlas PCH line (although it was a very extended line) as it's mainly associated with sci-fi. Surely a master list of PCH covers not featured in Gerber is a must - even better would be a site containing all the covers...
  10. Holy Carp! That was a quick delivery! Thanks for a quick payment and smooth transaction! It was equal fastest in terms of transatlantic delivery I've had - only Nikos has been as quick, and I'm talking about every shipment from the U.S.A. I've ever done on ebay, with dealers, etc. These boards are the best....
  11. Kudos to GACollectibles for three very nice 50s books, all Mylared and shipped with warp-factor speed!!
  12. Great stuff. Always good to see high quality scans of pedigree PCH.
  13. It'e been all of about three hours, and no-one's praised Nikos, so I guess it's due... Ditto what UV said - 4 books, received within 5 days of payment, packed properly and graded like you want 'em to be - accurately. Cheers Nik! If only all ebay transactions were like this....
  14. Yeah, Neat Stuff do that. Interesting cover - I like the figure lurking in the background, hiding behind something indistinct. Nice effort from Maneely, though.
  15. Ouch! Hard to say as I just got them in my hot little hands yesterday. But I will keep you in mind and btw, I would bid for a board member also - just ask! Cheers, Jay!
  16. Wire me $$ first then I'll bid for you If it's a book I'm desperate for, I may well consider it.
  17. Come on, Andy. You know a scad of us would help you out like Red Hook did for Osborn by receiving the package(s) and re-shipping them to you. If you ever need help, let me know! Yeah, seriously. I bid on his books all the time GD, just let me know! Thanks Scrooge and Andy!! Very kind of you to offer. I didn't want to impose on anyone as Foxwood didn't want any foreign people actually bidding on his auction, never mind shipping items out of the U.S. I always assumed that bidding on behalf of somebody (and then shipping the books on after that) would be a bit too much to ask.
  18. I really wanted the Spellbound 7 and the MA 26 (fantastic covers!), but Mr. Foxwood won't ship out of the U.S. If you ever plan on letting those two books go, lmk!!!
  19. Kudos and props to r100comics for a very sharp ASM 34 CGC 9.2. Great comms, and the best packing job I've seen for some time. Many thanks, Beltan!!!
  20. As I said before, that is a GREAT book... the figures are so large and prominent, which you don't see alot of in Schomburg covers. Congrats on a wonderful copy of that key issue! I have to ask, who is "LCS"? thanks Local Comic Shop.
  21. Atomic Kudos to Shep / bigfiver69 for some ace pre-code Atlas war books with covers to die for (excuse the pun). Great books, excellent packing and a cool bonus book thrown in for good measure - a flawless transaction!!!
