  1. Rare paperback featuring a great LB Cole cover. https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?ItemID=52825124 Adventures into Darkness 10. Classic PCH cover. https://www.mycomicshop.com/search?ItemID=53017899
  2. I assume it's just a matter of him not being super motivated to sell but if an absurd offer comes around then he'll go for it. To me the biggest shocker is anyone willing to sell a six figure comic through eBay. Too much risk for my tastes. Unless, perhaps, he's simply using ebay to market the books and is waiting for someone to reach out who is willing to literally hand him a bag of cash.
  3. Without necessarily picking a side on this debate I will say that non-paying buyers are, and have been for as long as I've been here, much more rampant than gets brought forth.
  4. I once had an Usagi Yojimbo comic with a signature and full size sketch by Stan Sakai on the inside front cover, which received a 9.8.
  5. That would be the preferred route here. Relying on people to self report is not going to create the economic windfall the government thinks it will; people will either find cash only alternatives or just take their 1099s and toss them in the trash.
  6. I'm not confident I'll be vaccinated before next month's show but I'll be there, mask on, hoping they run similar protocols as last year.
  7. Did you go to the show last August? They kept the crowd sparse enough that I felt comfortable with a mask on. It was actually kind of nice not having to navigate through a sea of flab to dig into long boxes.
  8. Let's just say that eBay is not going to get out of this unscathed.
  9. No doubt. I'm just sharing my experience.
  10. Here in MA the $600 is aggregate, regardless of number of transactions or the value of any individual transaction.
  11. This has been the threshold in MA for several years.
  12. I can't afford a PSA 8 Deadpool rookie, not being a scrillionaire, but I am open to trades for high grade Tom Brady autographed rookies. Seems like a fair trade.
  13. Only 8 on the census. Used on the back cover of Black Light. $600 shipped.
  14. First takeit wins and immediately trumps all PM negotiations. Any variation of "takeit" counts. Payment: Venmo, Zelle, check, money order or cash. Sorry, no Paypal at this time. No Hall of Shamers or Probies. Payment expected in 72 hours unless we work it out ahead of time. Shipping is free in the US. International shipping will be at cost. Three days' return shipping from receipt. Buyer is responsible for shipping cost back unless item was damaged in transit. Please do not edit takeits and please do not commit to buy unless you intend to follow through.
  15. Cool. I was intrigued what sketches were inside.
