  1. If you paid with a credit card and it was recent, file a claim ASAP.
  2. Sometimes sketches offer some of the coolest visuals at a fraction of the price. For Tony, this is clear, but try finding a decent pin up Zombie page by Charlie for less than $1,000.
  3. That to me is he best image of TWD Charlie ever did. Totally the gem of Mark's collection. Stunning!
  4. if that were around 800 or so, I'd think about it. It's a nice sketch, and good luck getting anything beyond a doodle from charlie nowadays...
  5. I believe this was done digitally (or that a very large part of it was done digitally).
  6. Hi Mark!!!!!! I'll toss my hat into the ring and email these to you, too: If there was a favorite page or cover Charlie could keep from the book, what would it be? Have there ever been any areas where those two and Robert are very far off creatively on how a character visually comes to life? Curious to know when it comes to designing characters, if Robert's really prescriptive on what he wants, or if Charlie /SG have any wiggle room?
  7. Thanks, guys! So many memories with that show, so I figured I had to make something happen.
  8. New commission I've been waiting on for a WHILE. Well worth the wait though! I do like other things beyond TWD or YTLM...

  10. So... When are we going to start looking at WD 98 Dwight's first appearance as a book worth owning?
  11. I dig it. Anything that makes the art stand out works for me. Love the fact that they don't clutter covers with barcodes.
  12. He does. Still has the best one I've ever seen with Rick riding into Atlanta on a horse. I've got another idea that I may want to get done...
  13. Just got a preview copy and this book is off to a great start. I'm definitely into it.
  14. I need to look back in time........I did make an offer to the seller when he had it listed before. Its not the covers first go around. Definitely. Not a bad cover at all-- and getting and unpublished one with it is pretty cool. Not many Lori covers, too. He's just not going to get what he expects because the market at that level would rather spend 20K for something much, much better.
  15. Looks like Doug got himself an awesome Tony Moore commission!
  16. It's actually a memorable cover, very sweet, features Lori, etc-- but for $20K, EVEN if it's pre-48, I'd expect a zombie (and a good zombie) on it. I think the best thing this guy will get is an offer outside of ebay for a fraction of what he's looking for, and then he'll sell both for around $8,500. Best of luck to the seller, but he's not getting 15K. Or even 10K.
  17. I think he could have done something completely easy, lazy and predictable and he didn't. He's clearly a good and creative writer. While it was disappointing, you've got to see where this goes. I appreciate that Kirkman's a smart enough dude that he didn't take the easy way out.
