  1. everyone ran out of money ....... There are a few pages on there that if I were new to the OA game, is be all over. Very happy with my cast page from 127. Back to not buying OA for a while. Maybe. Actually, who am I kidding.
  2. Agreed. I am incredibly excited about the story.
  3. I think he made a good purchase! I wish he could buy all of them, though. I'd love to see them all together on a wall.
  4. That 100 Bullets art is awesome. The WD page is garbage...
  5. Agreed. Tony Moore said its his personal favorite cover as well. IIRC someone posted the owner and a pic of the OA on these boards ages ago. Rick Remender owns the cover. I have a photo on here somewhere I'll post later. As you can imagine, it looks cool, but much better colored, etc.
  6. Agreed. Tony Moore said its his personal favorite cover as well. Where was this stated?
  7. No. They still have an entire season's worth of plots to hammer out. Also, see below from RK: Yea but you have to take RK words with a grain of salt. He's all over the place. I still think the B&W or Comixology variant are great to have at a great price! First Negan is a big deal, definitely.
  8. This will settle eventually, but I don't think this will ever sell for less than around 75 bucks. Easy money if you've got them!
  9. I think in the long-run, this will be a very memorable cover. Congrats, James. Love the draft cover, too. I'm sure we'll be seeing that in some back issues down the road re: the creative process.

  11. I don't know if you're familiar with the source, but they're pretty spot on with their reporting. Typically wouldn't post about spoilers, but especially since this isn't the TV thread, I wanted to give the heads up just in case someone accidentally clicked on it like me. Things that are much less spoiler-y have been thrown into the tags; that link merits the tag.
  12. If people only knew how to use the internet, they would really save themselves some money. Original Batman Beyond is starting to really catch some heat now: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odkw=batman+beyond&LH_Sold=1&_osacat=900&_from=R40&LH_Complete=1&_trksid=p2045573.m570.l1313.TR12.TRC2.A0.H0.Xbatman+beyond+1&_nkw=batman+beyond+1&_sacat=900 How on earth are those going for that much?! Batman Beyond? It can be argued that his first appearance and the miniseries are still incredibly undervalued when compared to the prices various Harley and Livewire animated appearances command. Same thing with Annual 4. +1 I used to get comps from DC and threw away about 4 of those. Oops.

  14. This will end at $800ish. No way it hits $1300. No Rick. Two decent characters, but without Rick it's a sub-$900 page, even with the zombies.
  15. Best thing going for it is that it's a very early page, and Charlie's 3rd book. If you get lucky and find a Tyrese fan (AHEM...), you'll get $550-575 for it. The WD market is very unpredictable for average pages. Top end (splashes, covers and memorable moments) are the only areas i feel like i've got a good grasp on. That Comiclink auction is a great example that sometimes, auctions are a gamble. I had a great zombie page up on the boards and on eBay with the full cast (Michonne, Rick, Carl, etc) and gnarly zombies that sold for NOTHING compared to what i thought it should have sold for. Go figure.
  16. I'll try... I worked with him on something for one of the larger brands we rep and this came in the mail. Him and Kara are seriously the best, and great people.
  17. Of course it's me (and my wife)!. See the "Thanks Bjorn"? Very awesome of Tony to do.
  18. 100,000,000,000 pages of OA? I want them all!!! Mark did a great round up on the amount of zombie pages available. In terms of pages of OA, including splashes, etc, there's at least 2700.
