Sid's Luncheonette and Gary Dahlberg/Twin Cities copies.  The Sid's collection was not granted pedigree status, but is a beautiful early SA original owner collection going as far back as 1956, amassed by board member Harry Banks, who uses the moniker Burntboy.

    From Worldwide Comics website:

"The Golden State collection was amassed by a meticulous collector residing in the San Francisco area who carefully filed away his newsstand copies each month. The core of the collection ranged from the early 60s to present, but also included a very impressive run of Golden Age as well.
The owner finally decided to part with the Golden and Silver Age portions of his collection in the early 90s, and much of it entered the market through a national dealer. Unfortunately much of the Silver Age was never documented as the Golden State collection, although one can still find random CGC graded issues floating about. The average grade of this period was 9.4 and 9.6, truly amazing books.
Fast forward to 2008, the original owner has finally decided to sell the remainder of his collection, which consists of late Bronze Age to present. WWC is proud to offer this last section of the Golden States to collectors starting this week. Just about every single title and issue from Marvel, DC and most 80s independents are there, with the vast majority grading CGC 9.8. WWC will be releasing over 5,000 CGC graded Golden States throughout the rest of 2009 and early 2010. Each book will display a Golden State sticker on the CGC case."
It was Dan Greenhalgh of Showcase New England who acquired the Silver Age part of the collection and started selling the books in 1997. I know that because when I heard Dan got the collection, I drove from NYC to Dan's office in Wallingford, CT to get my hands on the books. As far as I know, only one collector, John Sergeant, beat me there. But John managed to wipe out large parts of the Silver Age Marvel runs.
I still managed to buy 137 GS books from Dan on that trip – all priced at 2.5 x Guide.
In early 2000, John Sergeant sold his collection to Joe Verenault and the books hit the market again. CGC hadn't yet opened its doors, so obviously the books were still raw.

These are all Golden State books. I'm probably biased because I own lot of GS books but I think they're pretty great. Probably not quite up there with the Curator or Pacific Coast books because the runs started later. But I think they're nicer than most SA pedigrees.

These Metal Men comics from my collection are all Northland copies. There's some variance in grade though:

I just wouldn't want to deal with the hassle of packing and shipping a bunch of books to a bunch of different buyers for so little money.

Based on various descriptions of the collection, I'll be much more interested in books from her collection than I was in books from Levine's collection.
It'd be particularly great to see some high profile books that are genuinely fresh to market (or at least in many many decades) as opposed to yet more recycled books.

It could maybe be as many as fifty, but the upper limit should be sensibly low. They've shown a lack of restraint thus far. They might just designate fifty Phantom Detective covers alone as "classic."

Strange Advs 180 in 9.4 is the one that comes to mind, not sure about a B&B 60.  But it extended back to the 1940s.  The Showcase 22 9.4 and 13 9.6 are from this collection.

Just catching up on this, and also very sad to hear the news of her passing. Was fortunate enough to have met her a few times back in the 90s thanks to Jay M., including a nice dinner where it was quite obvious what a fan she was of comics in general and the monetary aspect of it wasn't on her mind at all. Was able to get her a lead on a Detective #187 which was the last issue of that title (for some reason) she needed to complete the run.
In watching the video interview posted with her, I am pretty certain that the New Fun #1 in the pile under the 'Tec 25 came from me. I had gotten a very nice unrestored copy and she was interested in it as an upgrade for hers. It actually took a full weekend at a con to come to agreement on it as we did the whole deal in trade, but she was reluctant to trade me back her undercopy and Jay had to tell her to do the deal as he hadn't seen a nicer copy than the one I was offering her.
All this to say that I think we will find out she not only had a complete DC collection, but that I'm not going to be surprised if she had multiples of some of the mega-keys as she upgraded over the years and never bothered to sell under copies.

No, I'd like to see some high grade mega-keys that aren't actually just a pressed and regraded copy that we had already seen just a few years ago.

Every rule has exceptions, but you've said this before and it's true 99% of the time with paperbacks and about 98% of the time with comics.
