I have some mixed feelings on the canary scream. I like it because it's canary (and because of the origin of it with Cisco etc.) BUT, Laurel looks really silly in scenes where she's doing it Sorta takes away the cool factor.

Kara has been pronounced both ways in film and animation throughout the years. "CAR-a" is the British pronunciation of Cara/Kara. Don't forget, she is an alien after all... 1. - Really? I have never ever heard "Car-a" when referring to Kara-Zor-El. 2. That would be great if this was on BBC....

Why o WHY are they saying her name WRONG!? CARE-a (Yes please - everyone everywhere knows this) CAR-a (!!!!???!!)

You're all right - this show would be SO much better if it did everything exactly as the comics were written. But not the crappy comics, just the good ones. The whole thing is ruined by sometimes mediocre acting and the fact that the Flash couldn't figure everything out all by himself all the time. The WORST is when the do unrealistic stuff - you know like letting people just walk into a building without locking it. Man this show had so much potential if they didn't just always ruin it.

I'm also a bit surprised at the quality of the image for it being a press release - it's pretty bad. Very grainy around her face & eyes in all the versions I've seen. I do like the classic "S." If the show is good, I'll eventually forget I didn't love the costume.

That is an un-imaginative costume - I'm a little disappointed. It's not bad at all, just a bit too basic for my taste. Feels like something that a mid-level cosplayer would come up with. I'm pretty excited about the show and the casting choice - not my favorite costume choice though

Good stuff All it needs now is a remote unlocking mechanism incorporated into a flip-top William Shakespeare bust! Actually, the open switch is buried in Batman - you tilt him forward and the door unlocks (I had your exact thought originally and it slowly transformed in my head) Each shelf also has a 1/8" lip on it to prevent the comics from falling/moving when I open the door.

I liked the second episode better than the first. Not sure I'm totally on board with the Alfred they've chosen (I mean the character, not the the actor). Seems like he has to restrain himself very hard to not constantly be verbally abusing Bruce. He can be harsh without bursting into a yell every 2 seconds - it's like he's got a multiple personality problem.

I wish they could pronounce Falcone correctly....

I really like it. Haters will find things to hate no matter what, but she fits the role in that pic. Great mesh of realistic and comic blend.

In fairness and for the sake of expectations - I think Joey said that Supergirl bump was the biggest yellow label bump he's ever gotten from a press. So definitely not common. On top of that, I shopped for it with the intent of trying to get a copy that was worthy of a press upgrade - so it's not like he's just magically turning every book into N/M - there was some intentionalality behind both those bumps. That's not to take away from his skill - I'd use him every time and recommend him to everyone - he's the best. Just don't want unrealistic expectations out there.

yeah it was - there were some serious non color breaking spine curl issues. Joey is the man. I also had a Justice League 1 RRP go from a 7.0 to an 8.0 (also yellow label) under his watch.
