  1. Thanks, missed the Kickstarter by the time I found out about Jeremy's art so glad to be able to pick one up. (it's live now by the way in the Copper/Modern sales forum)
  2. In general OA demand is up on some of these newer titles, prices are up in general -- we'll see how sustainable this is in the long run. Can't really blame Mark (or Charlie in this case) for trying to maximize sales, but I have a feeling things will settle down.
  3. Very nice Doug! The HC is up to $85 now too
  4. Thanks to Rich Henn for my NYCC & Baltimore books, kind of a given but the guy is amazing. Also, thanks to Mike Mylar Jeter for my Parel NYCC sketch, also amazing (thumbs u
  5. Thanks Pirate, been meaning to check out some of Jeremy's work - picked up a copy.
  6. I completely and totally disagree on a couple of levels. As someone who supports Saga, I want the book to continue and the best way for that to happen is for as many people as possible to pay for the book. If that means that they are buying it via trade, comixology, etc., whatever. Brian and Fiona will keep writing and drawing the book as long as they continue to make a living off of it. The longer the run is, the better it is for the value of what you own. Also, trades create more customers for the books. Think about the Walking Dead. Even before the show or rumors of the show, a lot of people jumped on board the title because they picked up the trades and loved them. This created demand for early keys... before the show. This can and may make the Saga books that you own more collectable. In sum, more readers = more value for your earlier issues, in my opinion. Reprints and trades help create more readers.
  7. Maybe Fiona will sell you a flash drive with some covers Think of the savings on framing!
  8. That's not what I meant - his CAF -> Blog for people who find it via CAF.
  9. That's pretty neat, should link to that from the CAF entry perhaps? Either way, cool that he blogged it.
  10. Messed up my original post somehow... Long time in the works, but one of my favorite Sean Phillips pieces. Full description on CAF. http://www.comicartfans.com/GalleryPiece.asp?Piece=962594&GSub=137334
  11. Ah good call, the skulls in the eyes vs FP...
  12. Guess they only used half the Phantom Still a nice looking cover though I'd like to see them move away from all the close-up variations of Madder Red.
  13. I don't even collect WD and now I'll be watching that just to see how high it goes
  14. Ok, that makes sense - awesome, look forward to seeing them all.
  15. Seems like the graphite versions have been more popular, I saw a few penciled versions still available a few days ago... Must be interesting decision-wise for Revival collectors.
  16. Given I've seen a couple of cool framed pieces today, I had this framed a while ago and it's been up on display in my art room -- figured I'd share a picture (pre-mounting). My favorite page from the series so far.
