Definitely post a picture if you put them together. I have thought about buying built kits to paint and display but before I do, need to make sure I have room for them. In my retirement office I hope to have built in bookshelves that span on wall with a lot of floor to ceiling spacing. -

Batman 72 is finally in the house. Looks better in person, really happy with it. Okay, MyComicShop over does it on the packing. Triple boxed (yes,3 boxes) and bubble wrapped. Even the post office couldn't damage it! Also won two Rip Van Winkles but no Pappy

The real problem with shrink wrap on the VHS tapes is it is easy to re-shrink wrap. I am not sure how a grader can detect it. -
I have bid in and won numerous items from Hakes. Stuff I have won includes 1. Aurora model kits, probably around 30 kits total 2. Original artwork (Charles Schulz Peanuts daily) 3. 1940 Superman puzzle I always pay via wire transfer. Shipping has been pretty fast and their packing has been amazing. I posted in the OA section of the boards about their most recent auction.

Do you have this book? I don't but wonder if it provides more insight into the history of these kits. I remember them as a kid when I was in grade school. I only had the Pendulum but remember a friend bringing a couple to school. -

After many months of looking at this book I finally decided to pull the trigger and buy it. I liked the eye appeal and that the DC circle was not cut off. -
The Mister Miracle should top $15k, maybe even $20k Demon single page splash should be $25k min, $30k not a surprise Demon double page splash should hit $30k min. Lets see how wrong I am

Plenty of people inherited a business, money, etc and lost it all. If he inherited something and was able to keep it going and expand it kudos to him.
