    Best summary I have seen "Dr. Deadly's Daughter" was the first version of Aurora's "The Victim" kit which was quickly renamed to avoid controversy and were only distributed in Canada.

    I think if the material dries up and finds “forever homes”, the desire will go back up. I am seeing something very similar going on with Schulz works. Year after year, auction after auction of material has definitely resulted in a “I can always pick one up” if I really want to attitude and they aren’t wrong.

    Personally I think it is because BWS Conan material has lost some of its “bragging rights” appeal and the clout crowd has moved to something else.

    I am praying the Peanuts strips go a lot higher. I already have two strips to frame and would hate to have more I need to frame.

    Got to be honest with you, I am shocked at $10k for for Detective 146. One step below an no-nothing filler book.

    One thing I will say about Hakes is they invoice fast. Got mine this morning and did the wire transfer this afternoon.

    The Richie Rich 1 surprised me but I dont know what the last 9.6 sold for. People do know this book got its Macaulay Culkin bump a long time ago don’t they?

    My thoughts as well. Cap #1 seemed low but I didn’t think it was the prettiest copy
