So we seamlessly shifted from CGC being awful because there are no 9.8 copies in the census to CGC being corrupt because there now is one? This is like the re-holder scam thread all over again except there is no scam or wrongdoing. 

Metropolis Comics just announced it will be up for auction. I wonder if it will come with Grader's Notes?
Edit: Nope, gonna be hard to press it up to a 10.0 I guess.

appreciate the stink lines on Kelce. Met him in person a few years ago and my whole group thought he defecated in his pants because of the awful smell. don't know how a classy girl like taylor tolerates him.. but i guess it's not really my place. Ill stick to watching popcorn classics and kino films and flicks.... any recs?

I almost admire the sheer lack of effort on display in the acting, storytelling, and set pieces. To say that Johnson in particular phoned this performance in would be an insult to Alexander Graham Bell.
 

I saw every superhero movie from Blade through The Batman including paying for such gems as Elektra and Green Lantern. As a kid of the 70s/80s, I felt like just the fact my comics I grew up with made it to the big screen was enough to earn my support. Then 2021 broke me. I finally buckled and skipped Mobius then Quantumania then Shazam.

Agree that cameo shouldn't be the term.

The way cameo is viewed in entertainment is when it is someone recognizable.. Say when we see Stan Lee in all the Marvel movies. When it's a brand new characters first appearance it's not a cameo. Wolverine's appearance in IH 180 is his first appearance, it's not a cameo, Wolverine in IH 340, that's a cameo as the character is well established and popular at that point.
I wish cameo would go away.
Jimmy Olsen 134 is hard to explain though

My  is the hobby needs to drop the “rookie card” mentality. Comics are stories; sometimes an issue can represent 10 minutes in characters’ fictional world, sometimes days or years. 
I’ll use Wolverine as my example: his first appearance is Hulk 180 through 182. Without all three, you don’t have his first full story. 181 is most valued as it’s the core chunk; 180 moreso than 182 as it’s the literal first time we lay eyes on the character in actual story content; 182 is still well more valuable than nearby run books for the title as it contains the last (albeit brief) part of Wolverine’s first story. 
When you stop trying to identify the “rookie card” and think in terms of story content, it gets easier.

Agreed. Either the character appeared...or they didn't. You either saw him for the first time in continuity/story...or you didn't.

I want to say the ability to slow down "time" but still at normal living speed.
As a kid I'd want to speed up time, who knew I'd get that power, it is just seemingly irreversible.
I still have things I'd like to speed up now, but rather than make a school day end, it is the wait until next paycheck to secure what I desire rather than see it sold out

The ability to want to go out.
 
I used to love going out and visiting people now I just want to stay home. It’s to cold, it’s to warm, my toe hurts, my hair hurts, maybe we should just reschedule. 

The ability to not groan when you get up from rooting through a comic box on the floor. 

Collect what you want and try not to let OCD get the best of you. If you really love the book and want both versions in higher grades, then go for it! But if it's just a nagging feeling that bothers you for some reason and isn't based on your actual collecting wants and what you enjoy, let it go. Don't let the hobby control you. You control it. So again, collect what you WANT. Don't let the idea of, "I have this so now I have to get that too" mindset infect your collecting. It sucks the fun out.
