WEIRD SCIENCE #12 (1) CGC 7.5 cr/ow pages. Blue in the logo is scanner artifacting, not on actual book. There is some sticker residue on the slab, on the reverse of the label. $1750

WEB OF EVIL #5 2.0 Off-white/White pages. Spine is weak, about 50% cumulative splits, including a 2.5" split at top. Excellent eye-appeal for the grade. $1500

VENUS #7 4.0 ow/w pages Nice painted cover. Solid copy. $225

TORCHY #6 CGC 4.0 ow/w Classic Ward cover! $400

Thunda #1 2.0 ow pages All Frazetta Tape wrap around on bottom spine to back cover and another piece along inside edge front cover. Two gouge type tears in center of front cover (see scans), as well as several minor punctures. The punctures go into the first few pages, but are small. Chipping along bottom back cover. Staples secure, color is good. A solid low grade reader. $400

SHADOW COMICS V.7 #12 6.5 ow/w pages. A really fresh book, a top right corner crease keeping the grade down. $375

TERRIFIC COMICS #3 2.5 OW Cover detached, possible staple replacement or married element. Book is complete and pages look uniform, but looks like the staple was removed and reinserted, resulting in small tears at staple area on most pages, and a detached centerfold. $225

TEEN-AGE TEMPTATIONS #5 5.0 ow pages The fading in the logo is common with this book. Miscut. $350

SHIELD-WIZARD COMICS #5 CGC 3.0 Brittle pages. Great eye-appeal, but unfortunately brittle pages. bottom corners chipped. This issue seems harder to find then most of the run. Nazi punching cover. $495

RANGER COMICS #26 4.5 OW Classic cover. 1" spine split at top. The cover is attached but there are tears at the staple, so there is a little give. Faint writing in logo. Exceptional reds, this cover is usually orange or yellow-orange. $1050

PEP COMICS #34 Classic Cover! CGC 3.5 OW/W pages This book appears to have come from a bound volume (untrimmed). It would have been a high grade copy if left alone, and still has great color. As can be seen in the scan there is color pull along the spine, and the spine is notched in 7 places. It's looks fairly solid otherwise. There is a small crack in the case visible at the bottom left of the back cover scan. $6750

PEP COMICS #30 Apparent 2.0 (trimmed, c.t.) ow pages. The book appears trimmed on the right and bottom edges. The color touch at the top left is actually on the splash, an amateur attempt to disguise a chip. There are several pieces of tape along the spine edges of the book, some doubled on the inside as well. All are visible on the back cover scan. On the front, in addition to the spine there is a piece at the bottom, and one at the 10¢ on the right edge. There is tape at the staples, and it's possible the cover was detached at one point. Someone went overboard in taping any small edge or spine tear, and the ones at the top and bottom don't appear to be covering splits. There is a one inch split at the middle of the spine. As shown in the scan, there is also a long chip out near the spine, it looks like it may have been the result of a mylar snag at one point. The piece is still present, and included. Pages are supple and the book is easily readable. A compromised but not unappealing copy of one of the tougher Peps, with an awesome Montana branding and bondage cover. $900

JUMBO COMICS #165 CGC 5.0 o/w pages. Nice color. Cool horror cover. $270

HORRIFIC #3 CGC 3.5 Cream to Off-White pages Nice moss green background. Solid eye-appeal, a 1" spine split at the top keeps the grade down. Classic bullet in the head cover. $2250

GREAT COMICS #3 Qualified 2.5 . Two centerfolds missing. Off-white pages. Spine roll. Horizontal tear at spine. The missing CF pages are from humor strips. The Futuro sends Hitler to hell story is complete, as are the cool Madame Strange and Lost City stories. $2700

GEORGIE #25 CGC 6.5 CR/OW Peter Driben painted GGA cover. Looks like an 8.0 or better. I imagine the reason the grade got hammered is some light insect damage on the back cover, top left, see the scan. You will have a hard time finding a better looking copy. $900
