  7. Just got this back from CGC... Amazing Spider-Man (vol. 2) #36 - 9/11 WTC Tribute Issue - Signed by JR JR on 9/9/12 As a Canadian, I will remember that day (9/11) for the rest of my life, where I was and how I felt - I watched it unfold live at work in a crowded boardroom with many, many colleagues who were upset, crying and shocked beyond belief. Even thinking of it now seems surreal. I am pretty confident in saying almost every single Canadian's heart bled for our friends to the south that day and the days that followed. I think Marvel did a good job at with this book, they tried and succeeded to make an honest tribute. I think Spidey was a good choice of hero to carry the narrative. The final page spread honouring the true heroes of that day with Marvel heroes did end the book with a sense of hope and strength. Anyway, this is a book I am pleased to have in my collection.
  8. Who was the ex-editor? Additional info please!
  9. May as well enjoy life right you mean the empty side? Currently yes Thx Doug But not a day goes by where I wouldn't happily trade it all in to have a loving wife by my side Perhaps I was too harsh... While it is not my personal style, you had the guts to share your collection/living space with us. As long as that sword isn't decapitating unsuspecting visitors, enjoy what you like, while you can is a good motto. Any specific comics you are particularly glad to own?
  10. more of a wank room than a comic room eh? Posters of cosplay chicks in sexually explicit photos - Check Anime-style "Action figures" of female superheroes in sexually suggestive poses - Check Personal pics of you with cosplay chicks - Check Custom artwork of girls making out - Check Movie posters starring attractive movie stars - Check Big honking sword - Check Result - The living embodiment of the "single comic book guy" stereotype
