CGC cases are NOT UV resistant to my understanding. I think you can buy display frames for them though that have UV resistant glass...

I had an original X-Box and the 60 GB 360...Never had the dreaded RROD . I have really enjoyed my X-Box but after reading all the mess that M$ is doing and things they are not doing...I think, unless something changes, I will definitely be jumping ship to the PS4. Seems like a good time to try a 'new' product. The only thing that make me a bit leary is the PSN...Is it still free? How is the content? Any comments on the PSN would be welcome.

My LCS had issues #1 - #5 of EPIC KILL all for cover price in high grade, so I picked them up. Not bad. Almost seems made for the bad- chick assassin of movie though....Now, to build my first complete registry set or not to build my first complete registry set... HOWEVER, this whole preview thing raises a question...So,should ALL registry sets not have slots for previews of upcoming comics? For example, if an issue of MARVEL AGE has a preview of an upcoming book, say ROM #1, should those MARVEL AGE books not be in the registry sets for other series?

I left the seller neutral feedback just b/c by some miracle the books looked like an easy 9.6 but I was VERY happy with the 9.8! Looks way better in person, my scanner can't scan slabs...Debating about CGC'ing my other Revival books...

This arrived today - Not bad for buying raw off of eBay and having it shipped in a bag and board with just one piece of crappy cardboard and not even secured well (the three pieces of scotch tape gave way when I opened it)...

Thanks! Well I don't I know one day I absolutely make a list of everything and check for an insurance company. I know there is some in the US that insure comics, but here in Canada and moslty québec I don't think so. Yeah, I heard about that collectible insurance company and I have always wondered about the whole insuring collectibles thing. I was just wondering b/c you have some great stuff and while my stuff is replaceable, it would be hard for me to do so...I gave my insurance company a list of all of my key books and estimated value and cited GPA is quoted as it can at least offer some kind of 'fair market value' as opposed to the $0.12 that is listed on the cover or the basic going rate of a modern comic book cover price. I just hope I never have to actually deal with that problem...
