Yep, that is a 3rd printing. Signs: Blood in the "T" and "Sharon, CT" However, it should also state 3rd printing right below the Quentin Eastman thank you. May have been whited out (or "removed" in another way). Interesting to see feedback on this one once it gets to the buyer. This one is gonna get boomeranged.

KING OF KONG is a great documentary; wasn't there talk of a follow-up? The similar concept MAN VS SNAKE doc (Nibbler) also has some great Billy moments; overall, though, not as good as KING.

Real or fake?

From the pictures - especially when looking at my real copy - it was clear at least one was fake of the two. The enlarged version is another good tell; thanks for that info. I told the seller they were most likely fake and he had already sold them to someone else. Doubt he told the new owner about their legitimacy.

This looks counterfeit. I can't tell from the other pictures. My thought as well. Even though it's not in hand, comparing to my copy something looks off. Owner says he bought both copies on eBay in early 2000's.

I managed to track down my own copy and have an opinion; would like to hear from a couple others though.

I need some assistance determining if either of these 2 copies of Cry for Dawn #1 are original. These are not mine and are the best pictures I can get. I see some of the checker pattern described, but not sure that's because it's there or I zoomed in too much. Can't find my copy to compare. Thanks for the help. You should be able to click the picture and zoom in a bit more.

Ive never seen that Teaser book ever. The other 2 are hard to find, but Ive seen several copies of each. I actually found a couple of the Teaser books very recently. That Sensational She-Hulk #40 is one I had no idea about. Any others I should be on the lookout for?

I would say it's both: sometimes it's not signed and sometimes it's covered by comic items added on top. Yep; that place has some high prices on "key" issues but the sets are generally under-priced. TMNT 1 I didn't want to go away empty handed so picked up the Zatanna set for $40. Last year they had the Hush set with 608 2nd print for $60 or so. California? :thumbsup:
