Nice haul but that Teen Titans looks out of place with all the other books. Must have been a throw in ! . It's my favorite copper book. I dare you to read it I've read it many times. I do read comics....I'm not Brad.

Tough book to find. Here are some others: Thundercats 24 Ewoks 14 Guardians of the Galaxy 62 used to be but now it's close Transformers 80 Moon Knight 60 but the difference is probably pennies If we are allowed to go Copper...Miracleman #24. Back to the main topic...I haven't been buying any new stuff lately, just cleaning out some long boxes. Sold 3 copies of Preacher #2; don't know if it was anything specific in the show or changing the title from "1st Arseface" to "1st Eugene" but they went fast after that. Still can't get an offer on my #1 9.6. Sold 6 copies of The Brave and the Bold #200 (yeah, not modern, I know) at decent prices; not sure if this is Suicide Squad stuff across the board b/c my Detective #474 hasn't had any interest. Ultimate Fallout #4 bagged still a quick sell at $25. (Again not modern but...) ASM #265 and X-Men #221 sales have dried up for me; a Mr. Sinister announcement would be awesome at SDCC but not holding my breath.

Looking for a little help here. Found a place with two long boxes of Underground Comix but no idea what is worthwhile and what isn't. On top of that, I know the printings of some of them are hard to determine. Any quick tips?

Found another Showcase '96 #3; my guess it was not a popular title so not many shops have it. But if they did get it, they probably have it lying around somewhere. I know this falls outside the original parameters b/c it's kind of a key, but Hulk #449 makes me the maddest. Always digging through the 400's and I know it's not going to be there but have to check.

Sure. Why give tips to people who won't be here in a year or two? Gotta start recruiting fresh blood !! Those who come into it chasing 'hot books' are joining this hobby for the wrong reasons. In general. Maybe they'll gain a real appreciation of the art form eventually, but... that's again, generally, NOT what I've seen. I like the people who come into my shop that are 'digital' READERS, attracted to the hobby through the storytelling and art (an aspect that's fully from digital), I think they have a better chance of sticking around. No matter how bad some things get... there's always something else worth reading... Chasing hot books... will only lead to disappointment for most. If they are digital readers what are they up to in your store?
