I rarely buy variants but this one caught my eye because of the 238 homage and I am fan of Mike Mayhew. I missed the $99 price and then it goes to $150 and then $199 and now it going for $240 to $250. Pretty crazy.

7.0 is good guess as well. CGC is usually nicer on older books. I was going back and forth between 6.5 and 7.0, just like the grading contests.

I am going to guess 6.5 Restored on the grade. 7.0-7.5 with a press, wasn’t clear if you decided on getting one.
