    Bigtime Kudos for DKB ( David ) for an outstanding copy of Iron Man #55 and some Bowling Green monster book... but not really worried about that one... I finally got the Iron Man #55 man!!!! Yes.. Thank you sir!!! Spot on grading too!!!!

    Thanks Larry, I actually picked up the House of Mystery stuff from Comic Link and the Unexpected #163 and Weird War Tales stuff came from one of the board member's web sites at www.golden-age-collectibles.com Andrew runs that site and has a lot of nice stuff in the OA section.

    My first 20 pieces of OA all arrived on the same day. I was pretty excited. Pictured below is a 4 page story that appeared in Weird War Tales #64 ( Sorry about the fuzziness of the image, my digital camera is krapping out on me. ) I also picked up full stories from House of Mystery #216, Unexpected #163 and a couple misc. pages from WWT #89 and #123.

    Agreed!!! Neal Adams was incredible on everything. Wrightson with his horror and Kubert with the War... magnificent stuff!!!

    Nice Bronze books Nik!!! I think the Bronze horror has solidified itself as my favourite genre. That Unexpected #147 is a great cover. I think it would make a good avatar for topofthetotem (Lawrence)

    Thanks man. 6.5 I think it's higher then 6.5 IMO... I was initally thinking 8.0 from the scan but I guess there's something I can't see. Gorgeous book!!!

    Haven't seen the movie but I recently reread that story in HofM and would certainly draw the comparison just from what I saw in the movie's previews. Great story... those damn HofM's are chalked full of horrific goodness..

    I admire you gents will go for the higher grade stuff. Just know you have a buyer for your undercopies right here when you do!!! I appreciate these books that have great eye appeal, and that could be in VF to VF/NM- and I'll be satisfied. I think they look great in the thicker mylars and the best part is I can read them again and again!!!
