  3. That's pretty awesome! Would have scared the bejezus out of me as a kid! What a superb Jack Cole classic, pre-Eel O'Brien! Just don't come across this one all that often! Here is its older sibling, hitting the stands 4 months earlier. A bit disheveled but attractive colors nonetheless. Love the 6 as well!! Classic! Still need to get me one of those...they make quite a pair! AWESOME!!
  4. Great books man!!! Anyone got pics from this show??

  6. Great book C!!! and thanks for the shout out!! I know if anyone will appreciate this book it will be you pal and I couldn't agree more these boards have been a wonderful place to meet a fantastic crowd of folks with a great passion for our hobby and you are one of them!! Enjoy!!
  7. And why is it that the cool books are seemingly always the tough books??!! I guess if they were a dime a dozen they would lose some of their mystique who knows
  8. WOW I have only seen one copy for sale, a low grader on eBay that brought really strong $$$. luckily I had this one or I would have really caused that eBay copy to fetch an unreasonable price! WOW!!!!! That is a cool book!!! I didn't realize how neat these earlier AMF covers were probably bc they don't get posted too often. This one is really intriguing it's like futuristic but the wardrobe almost ancient Egyptianesk. Then again when you contemplate what that society was able to accomplish they could be considered futuristic in their own right...The title Amazing Mystery fits the bill quite aptly here
  9. Such a Classic!!! I personally love the #8 as well as this one which also doesn't get quite as much attention as the #6. All are FANTASTIC book which great covers and interiors as well!!

Still looking forward to going back home just to see it in action I did buy him a cord extension...
