I wandered around in that game for so long.

Not quite the relaxing wandering like Ghost of Tsushima but still wandering.

And getting beat like a drum by literally everything.

I took a break when I got beat down by some random animal at the beginning. lol

There is a lot of random animals that can beat you down!  Bears are the worst, especially the monster bears that are quicker then you on your horse.

The first brand new console I ever bought was the first X-Box, towards the end of its life cycle: actually, the 360 had just come out.  The games were beginning to disappear from the shops as well, but I picked up Halo 1 and 2, Half-Life 2, Doom 3, GTA San Andreas, the first three Splinter Cell games, and the surprisingly good Chronicles of Riddick.  So, a cheap console, and a surprisingly good-if-limited range of classic games as well, given my late timing.

One of my all time favorite games.  I especially loved going through the 'we don't go into ravenholm' part, very cool!

Watched episode 6 with my wife tonight, and she is not sure she wants to continue watching. She said the jumping years and then a full decade is making the story too disjointed, and she does not really care about the characters in this show as they are not really building them. I agree, but will keep watching to see the dragon fights.

The reason the original show was successful is that they took time to build the characters over a full season or the entire series. This show is not doing the same. It is almost like they were told you have $X to cover 100 years of story in 2 seasons so skip ahead a decade every three episodes.........

Agreed.  And I thought I could deal with the incestuous nature of the show, but frankly it turns my stomach.

Why post a comment like this? I mean, if you don’t like the art, then give a reason. If you don’t like Glen, that’s up to you, too, but why try to insult whoever is buying the art? That’s just not good at all. I personally like the covers and would buy the DD if I had the cash. I think the Spider-Man, with all its detail, is the best of the three. So, what do you have to say about that?

:sorry: I did correct to art lover, to each his own I guess.

  5. I find myself feeling in the middle on this show so far, I don't love it or hate it.  There are moments I really like, such as any scene with a dragon in it.  But others I can do without like any scene with a birth in it.  Episode six exemplified that (one birth) which I didn't really need to see and another attempted birth which I barely watched until it had a tragic ending (dragon).  So far I don't really like or dislike any of the characters.  I just hope this is the point where they really move on. Please no more time jumps.  And yeah, we get it, Rhaenyra's kids are not her husbands, do we really need it shoved down our throats for an entire episode?

That having been said, I do like the new actress playing Rhaenyra.  Also like Larys Strong, hoping he is as crafty and evil as the Lannisters.
