    CGC has the PO Box in their facility so they don't really have to go offsite to get them. It's already in their possession.

One for SS only near the artist alley end and a regular booth for the non-SS subs. Just go up to the booth and ask them about the procedure. I have never done SS but they will advise you about the procedure.
