I don't really care to complete Xmen or JIM or TTA, SGT fury even though I've had them all or mostly over the years.

I chose TOS because it's the run I wanted to complete. I've also completed the others over time and realistically a better poll would be which ones do you not care to complete?

My first copy was purchase with a long box of ASM 1-300 at auction. Paid the equivalent of $3/book for the entire collection and that copy ended up as a 1.8 blue label. The second copy I found was from a store that priced it at 1/2 value and that copy ended up being a 2.5. My current copy was a trade and cash deal from a board member years ago and was slabbed 3.0 when I got it ?

The trade may not be near as good for you once it's graded. Then your risk is gone as is the potential reward. good luck and I hope you get the book you want.

Oct Invisible Oct overstamp black, Nov Visible Oct overstamp black, Nov If it's a book sent from a publisher back in 1939 to a store that my father could thumb through as a 9 year old, I'm golden I'm pretty confident my father wouldn't have cared back in the day, especially since many of his comics were remaindered that his aunt would bring him from the local store she worked at. it was fun having him read a superman 2 and him being able to recount the story endings before finishing reading. Gerber books were great to peruse with him too. You would be amazed how many covers he recognized.

I wonder not how many copies are out there and available in the market. That number sounds quite low. I'd be curious to know how many copies are currently in dealer/collectors hands vs collectors that do not resell as a business or side hobby. Maybe a percentage. 50% dealer owned or is it higher/lower? Not saying dealers are selling Just holding?

Quick perusal and 4.0 came to mind. Could easily be a bit nicer ?
