    I would like to return these books for reholder. These were graded and sent back to me with cracks in the cases. I returned them once already for reholder but the same results happened for these 16 books.

    I recently received back mechanical error books with new cases. 3966145 I called to get approval but was told to send an email. The general email doesn’t allow pictures. 16 of the 25 books have cracks along the seams. Some on the right side in the middle and some on the left side bottom near the corners.

    @CGC Mike These cracks on the sides of the cases is a serious big concern. The last 2 CGC graded books I purchased on eBay have these crack as well as my last 3 invoices.

    Received 25 books back from CGC today. These were sent back for reholder. I was optimistic that my books would be encapsulated without cracks in the cases. Sadly, 8 cases have no cracks. 17 still have cracks. Here we go again.

    IMO It’s by far the least desirable cover of her first 6 ASM appearances. 194,195,204,205,226,227.

    It’s a crazy market for certain newsstand issues in 9.8 2 sales in August $1652 and $1740. Plenty of sales over$1000 for ASM 365.

    This was a PayPal sale that I was fortunate to win. Shoomanfoo is the only scammer I have come across while selling. It's unfortunate that these individuals try to scam others in the hobby. I have had plenty of successful purchases and sales here on the boards and on eBay. I won't let one bad apple ruin it for me. I'm sorry to see that @1Coolgot scammed. Nobody deserves to be scammed by anyone. Treat others as you wish to be treated. It's really not that hard.

    Just wanted to bring it to CGC’s attention. I had a problem with 3 invoices recently. 50 of 53 books with damage. Maybe too much pressure during encapsulation. Another board member has experienced the same recently. Please view the last two pages of the Comics General thread. Where in the world was the Quality Control at CGC???

    These cracks are on the right side of the slab opposite the weld. The cracks are happening in the middle or bottom of the right side. I also have a few on the left (spine side) near the bottom.

    The slabs are indeed cracked. Anything that looks cloudy and not clear is damage to the plastic case. Cracked or chipped. Look at some of your older slabs from the last 6 months. All the edges will probably be clear. I suspect this is happening during encapsulation with too much pressure.

    That is a cracked case. The crack is curving up like a smile. The case should have clear plastic along the edge. If your looking at the front cover and see a spot that is not clear, then the case is cracked or chipped along the edge where the top half of the case meets the bottom have.. Is this being caused from too much pressure during encapsulation process?

    I recently sold Robert a Marvel Team Up 9.8 book. The price was fair and payment was sent immediately. He’s great to work with and would do business with him again.

    The problem is still occurring on my iPhone. CGC site remembers me but the chat boards doesn’t. I’m having to go back to CGC main page and log out and then log back in to use the chat boards.
