  1. Why not after you get it back in a year try to go through Europe and then back to the States . Same book. That would be cool.
  2. ROM was a great comic and cool toy. I Sold a big Chunk of my books recently but kept my ROM #1 and #24 which is a key Nova issue (Nova loses his powers).
  3. Found a decent deal at a local flea market today. I figured $5 was a good deal and could not pass it up as it was in VF condition or so . The rest was mostly $1 books.
  4. Nothing in life is easy. I was unemployed for 8 months and almost had to sell my house. Just took a night job in a warehouse working 14 hours a night for more then minimum wage but still not alot. Most people dont have it easy.
  5. I assume that Garrett knew (knows) that Ward is weak (He keeps telling him) and watches Ward not shoot the dog and he does it hemself after Ward let the dog go. Ward will either let Skye or Colsoun know where the 2 scientist are so they an be rescued. He may have saved them . Ward will get redemption before he is killed ala Anikin Skywalker.
  6. By the way the Nova (Rich Rider) T Shirt is finally available. Looks really good. http://www.stylinonline.com/t-shirt-nova-man-called-origin.html?Size=Medium&gclid=CKKf5sWy6r0CFchQ7AodrWIAww
  7. Read some of the current and its ok but for me Nova is Rich Rider. Period.
  8. I think the difference is that Winter Solider is brainwashed correct ? and Grant Ward admitted he was a plant to infiltrate Shield on his own because John Garret saved his life and he owed him. He wasnt brainwashed and he knew what he was doing. But there is a way out ofcourse I could see them saying that Ward was a plant for Shield to infiltrate Hydra (Since they knew he had a personal relationship with Garret) before he was a plant of Hydra and he seems to be the one killing Shield member's (not Garret) so maybe its all a set up. Blanks in the gun that he used to kill the Shield members (They are in on it) at the Fridge and Victoria Hand etc. Was all a long con by Grant to infiltrate Hydra. Only Nick Fury and Hand knew. Thats the way they can do it.
  9. He has killed Shield members. Shot those 2 guards at the Fridge in the head. I don't think he can reform. odds are he saves Skye with his own life ala Dark Vader and gets redemption in that way but I cant see him on the Shield side anymore .
  10. Is that the same Nova villain Blackout from the Nova comics ? 1st app Nova # 19 ?
  11. Great way to start with the Blue Oyster Cult and a great episode. I can believe how much this show has changed to a show I was fast forwarding through to a show I cant wait for now.
  12. Would be more akin to if you replaced the Staples from the exact same book . Example if i took a staple out of Amazing Fantasy 15 and replaced it into another AF 15. Its the exact same Tattoo . But I agree it should be discolsed as some buyers might care but the issue is that since this is done more then you know with this issue there is no way to prove how many out there had this procedure done. Once it leaves the hands of the person who put the tattoo in it , it would never be known. And for full disclosure i did not do this to sell the book. Just did it to see if I could for the OP. By the way there will be a copy of ASM 238 w/ Tattoo's by me in the For Sale forum tomorrow but its not this one , honest.
  13. As I said people were doing this years ago with this book (how I knew about it) and I bet there are alot of folks who have copies that this was done to and they dont know but there is no way to know again as long as you do it correct.
  14. I suppsoe that there could be a way CGC could detect it but really How do you detect something that belonged in the book to begin with . Again as long as you do it right it looks the same. . The tatoos from FF are the exact same ones in the ASM.
  15. If you could prove it I guess it would be but unless you write on the book "I PUT IN ANOTHER TATTOO " or you do a really bad job there is no way to know. if you put 1 book with the Tattoos in it naturally against a book with the Tattoos added it would look the same. Again if you dont mess it up.
  16. I assume Once its in there its hard to tell it didn't belong or was re done ,
  17. I just took a look at my FF 252 and it would not be easy. You would have to remove the staples as the insert is post card sized with 1-2 inches under the front cover thorough the top staple and the rest of it is in front of the back cover. Not sure its worth it to try to get staples all the way out and then put them back in. but could be done. You could just do what was probably done with mine. Just nicely tear it off and put the 2 parts in the book. Its detached but its there. And honestly when you jam it into the comic is doesn't look detached unless you pull it out. Its still a ASM 238 with Tattoo.
  18. I have had this for over 10 years but mine might be an example of a FF tattoo put into a ASM 238 OR as a kid someone dislodged the tattoo and just put it back.
  19. I have a copy of 238 and the tattoo is loose . Were they attached in the book?
  20. Sorry , that's the book , I recognize the cover. its 252.
  21. I heard years ago folks buy the issue of Fantastic Four and take the Tattoo out of that and insert it into this issue. Its the same Tattoo. Think its issue 244 ?
  22. Was a member of one in NJ 3 years ago. We meet up once at a comic con in NJ.Talked about comics , some sports etc and had a drink at the bar . Talked about doing it again and some meetup were setup but never did and the group was disbanded. The group was run out of meetup.com . You can check that web site , I see there are comic book groups for different states.
  23. The Clairvoyant could be Loki. I had read that Tom Hiddleston wants to appear on the show. And we got some asguardians coming on now. Never know.
  24. Looks like fading to me. Same thing a comic shop in Manhattan years ago did with one of there books. They had a FF 48 by the window and the color completely faded. Looked similar.
