Every show I see calls the movie a summer hit. Again as other pointed out its not the Avengers or Iron Man but its also not Green Lantern. Its another hit for Marvel and a great movie to boot. 95% of movies released wish it did the numbers Antman did.

Wouldn't her first App Linda Carter Student Nurse #1 be the book to get. Night Nurse was just a mini series and they changed her title from Student Nurse to Night Nurse. The character of Linda Carter appears before that mini series. Also a harder book to find. There are zero on Ebay now. Again not sure the collectibility of the book with most super hero fans. Not sure of any collector fans of mine that care about Night Nurse other then its kind of rare I guess. But there are always copies for sale. But the prices are always high . Way too high for a non superhero book thats not a actual first App in my opinion.

the answer is .... you should have sold 3 months ago. Agree at those prices I would be out. Its unsustainable. This one hasn't even started to take off. It's the Modern Marvel Key of the decade. Buy. Would trade every copy I had of ESOV for any Avengers #1. Like trading a quarter for a $10 bill.

Or Pixels is that bad. pixels is that bad. two weeks ago, before the reviews started to hit, Pixels opening weekend was estimated at $50MM+. Ant-Man estimated to be down 55%, that's not Hulk terrible but it's certainly no indication of legs- still looks $160MM US. I did not see it but know someone who did and said it is awful. And since this thread about 15+ copies of Strange Tales have sold on Ebay. 10 alone yesterday. and all the cheap ones I saw on Amazon are gone. Not sure if it was this thread .

Eternity first app Strange Tales 138 has always been cheap. Knowing how things work nowadays it will not be cheap for long.

Lily was signed to do 3 marvel movie contract so that's probably guaranteed .

Saw it tonight. I loved it . My son thought it was the best Marvel movie yet. Im not going that far but it was great.alot of fun.

Thats quite a find but only a score depending on what it was purchased for. I got to figure anyone who has those books and keeps them in that good of shape knows what they are worth to some degree.

Seeing it tomorrow. Open mind . Love Ant Man so looking forward.

I and many of us have been looking for covers..they rarley come up and whn they do there almost the price of a low grade copy.i gave up along time ago.

Yeah some obvious shilling going on there. Based on previous sales I would expect the sale in the 2K range . $3k Plus for that is way out of line I would think. But the latest high bidders are real bidder now so somone is going to overpay based on it being shilled up I think. My thing is for say $3.5K (maybe a tad more) you can get a good low low grade with a cover. why pay that much .

Yeah the esistence of the 4 packs at five below killed some value. I already grabbed 3 without even trying at five below, Too many copies out there now. As for the CM 17 2nd prints. There not technically a first App so if you after the first app then thats not a book to get but if you got one for cover price then good time to sell as its going for a chunk of change.

Again big wow.Guess this is what he market is. Makes me so sorry for not buying some of these coverless copies years ago for around $200. (Hulk 1 , FF 1 etc) . seems like $1,500 is the floor now for the worst looking copy.

After the photos were released I thought this was stupid but this trailer looks awesome. And Harley looks great. Now looking forward to this. Just the opposite with FF4 , the latest trailer makes me want to see it less and less . Probably still will but not in the movies.

Marvel TV head Jeph Loeb told the audience at the panel simply that he's "coming," without revealing anything about the character's allegiance or how much he'd be used. Lash was created in 2014's Inhuman #1 by writer Charles Soule and artist Joe Madureira. A hulking beast of an Inhuman, Lash hails from Orollan, a hidden city of Inhumans who believe the bloodline - and those who get exposed to the Terrigen Mists - must be kept pure (somewhat similar to the city of Inhumans in season 2 of the show). Strong and agile, Lash also has the ability to absorb and expel energy.

Have not followed trends , so this is the norm pretty much for a cover less AF15. wow. I still remember buying the pages for AF15 a few years ago for $150 . It was coverless and the other story was missing , was just the AF15 pages. Should have kept it.

Have to see what other coverless copies go for to see if this is an aberittion or the norm. I got some coverless copies when they were "cheap" relatively speaking like Hulk 1 or FF1 (cheap being like $200-$300) and alot of folks made me feel like I overpaid a little (not on this board , friends etc) . The days of getting coverless copies for relatively cheap may be over. $250 for a FF 1 coverless might be a steal now.
