  1. They are all newsstand copies. I was wondering the same thing.
  2. Captain America 318, 319 and 320. All 75 cents. The books are in surprisingly good shape and the brown wrappers are mint. Don't know how they made it through the mail like that.
  3. Thanks for the info. I had never seen books like this before.
  4. Got these at the flea market. Would they have been shipped directly from Marvel?
  5. His account is not cancelled. Being on the probation list does not result in banning.
  6. There isn't. But I don't think failing to follow through on a $10 transaction (no theft, just failure to complete the deal) should warrant a public outing of name and address.
  7. I would suggest that it is inappropriate to discuss someone's mental health especially when that person is not permitted to respond.
  8. Dylan would have had adequate time to express his position if he had not gotten himself suspended for a separate issue.
  9. As one of the actual 11 No votes, I would like to change my vote to yes. What a tool. Who makes 40 shill accounts?!?
  10. I would have one my shills out the other shills to throw the scent off of the primary shill. just saying.
  11. I was wondering because based on the YouTube video I saw of Dylan being interviewed he was only 16 or 17 when he started posting.
  12. Nothing says contrition like showing off a sweet collection of valuable books!
  13. So much winning! Lack of self awareness is a magical thing.
  14. Happy to see the buyer and seller working towards a resolution.
  15. No it does not. What you have here is the equivalent of anticipatory breach. The buyer has stated his intention not to proceed and therefore there is no reason to wait the 30 days.
  16. Another option is to add a new rule that when a person passes they are removed from the PL and HOS lists automatically. No posts are deleted, just the reference to the individual on the list. Like I said before; it is pretty gross to continue to shame people after they have passed.
  17. You're right. It IS beside the point and completely irrelevant. It is in the seller's rules which you are expected to read before making a purchase. Don't make offers that you can't or won't honor. That's a real quick way to effectively lose your buying and selling privileges here because no one has time for that nonsense.
  18. This should be a given. And a poll should NOT be needed. @crassus @skypinkblu Shouldn't it go without saying that a member who has passed away should be removed from the HOS/PL. It no longer serves any purpose. And frankly, it's pretty gross to leave it as is.
  19. And please do all of your transactions in here with Red. LOL. I don't need that hassle. The point is that the HOS does not preclude him from buying and selling. He could even start a sales thread if he wanted to. There's a HOS member who is still active on the forum.
