    Valid. I did not like Suicide Squad (found it clunky), I thought BvS (especially the Extended Version) was good (although Doomsday was disappointing and just too much in one film) and really liked Wonder Woman and Man of Steel. I think JL will work out well ..... but have been wrong before (i.e., I thought Ryan Reynolds would make a great Hal Jordan )

    I liked Man of Steel a lot - I also liked a darker/conflicted Superman, so I hope they don't swing too far in the opposite direction here. Throw in Brainiac as the villain and it could be a winner

    I am pumped for this one - although, I generally prefer the darker tone of the DC movies versus the Marvel movies - so I understand why some Marvel fanboys have not liked the past DC films. That being said I am also excited for the next Thor movie as well

    While there is disagreement - I think both sides are understood and I think/hope both sides and Teen Titan collectors can agree that both books should be owned (for the record I own neither but will buy both eventually - starting with a 54 )

    Wonder Girl is not a founding member of the Teen Titans if you side on BB54 being the first appearance and not BB60. Again I think Wonder Girl's involvement and the argument that the TT can't possibly exist utnil she is around makes little sense - teams chance members all the time. Also a team can exist without it being named - it is not like speaking a team's name brings it into existence, it still exists whether it has a name or not. Again, I lean towards BB54 - I understand the BB60 argument and in the end think a true TT collector should just buy both.

    The idea that missing Wonder Girl negates them being the TT does not really hold much water as teams change all the time plus no one would argue the Avengers didn't form in Avengers 1 because Cap doesn't join until issue 4 (and he is much more important to the Avengers than Wonder Girl is to the TT). The lack of naming the team in BB54 is a better argument - but again I am just not sure it defines when a team or character first appears. If Superman is not named in AC1 but in the next issue would people argue AC1 is not the first appearance? What about BB28 and the JLA - what if the name JLA is on the cover but not on the inside is this enough? i still lean 54 as they teamed-up, they referenced doing it again - they just lacked a name - BUT I can see the argument for 60 - in the end just buy both???

    It is no BB29 cover (who doesn't love purple + robot) - but I also like the BB54 cover and don't understand the hate.

    Agreed. The acting overall in Iron Fist was TERRIBLE - and especially bad from the actors who play Iron Fist and Colleen - they are really really terrible in this show/series. They are a bit better in defenders, but if Iron Fist had just been cast better from the Start I think both Iron Fist and Defenders would have been waaaaaaaay better.

    That Killer Croc page is very very nice! I love the cover of Tec 660 as well ..... man the Knightfall series was so good (and for personal reasons has a special place in my heart) ..... hmmmm maybe I should just try for more Knightfall pages ?

    One of my favourites as well I should mention I would be fine with Generation Next and/or Gambit and the Externals - the other books listed above were just easier to remember I want pages from my favourite childhood storylines including: - Death of Superman/Funeral for a Friend - OBTAINED - Batman - Knightfall - OBTAINED - Superman/Doomsday: Hunter/Prey - OBTAINED - X-Men Age of Apocalypse - SEARCHING

    I did the same thing with the BB54 - I was a 6.0 pre water damage/stain and took off 2.5 as I assumed it went through the entire book to get to a 3.5. The FQ1 was hard because of the Newsprint - made it hard to see spine ticks and also was unsure on some of the back cover staining (whether it was just bleed through from the interior or not) - I thought it could be as high as a 9.4 but stuck with my initial assessment before the over analysis kicked in

    No, I am in no way thinking I can win this thing - Andy just mentioned me in the list since I am not mathematically eliminated - but thanks for rubbing it in I would be super pumped with a top 10 finish ..... but this was a tough round IMO, so just hoping not to fall off the cliff
