    I bought 2 just for “fun”. First new book off the shelf I’ve bought in 28 years! Every book I could choose from had several spine ticks. What’s up with that?

    I have found 80 Canadian price variants in my dad’s comic collection . We will be putting them up for sale in the upcoming VCC this weekend. There are a few keys that we will be submitting to CGC first. I may find some more still... just a friendly heads up.

    Interesting book for sure. Seems like it would be quite the horror story in terms of buying it on ebay with no back cover scan provided (raw). What do you plan to do with this book now? Sell it or keep it? Was this book part of a collection you acquired or was it purchased on its own?

    On the asm 194 back cover, was that white out or something (not the bottom left mess). Maybe just something created by the slab kind of like the newton ring effect? For the large stain... I was struggling with that as I wasn't sure if it was distributor ink? Still went 4.5... I'll take it.

    I started at a 9.8 at first glance... then when I saw the shadow I knocked it down to 9.0... I then proceeded to do a few hours of research... slowly worked myself back to a 9.6...
